I ordered I ordered a couple pizzas online from this location. I picked it up. I went ahead and purchase jalapeño cheese dressings from this location made it home and I have. I’m feeding my kids. I opened two containers to give them and the color was kind off so I look at expiration date and they’re expired from 7/4 /2025 I’ll make myself to be calm and contact the facility where I purchased the pizzas and the cheese dip and I recommended them to take a look because I had just received two items were expired not one month or two months but almost 45 months back so they told me that next time I went by just let me know and it would provide me a replacement for the merchandise that I paid for so I threw the dressing in the garbage as I told my daughter to do because I was not gonna get them intoxicated. I got a call back later telling me that the manager wants me to take him back to them and he’ll replace them for me. I told him that I threw them away. They didn’t want me to drive all the way to the location, spend more money in gas for a dollar and something cents of dressing when it was their mistake not putting attention on their products. This piss me off the manager this location was Emmanuel. I am a contractor which I use his location prior for a lot of orders for events and personal use, but this is the last time that I do business with this location.its a shame because it located in Land Park!!!

While the cashier was very nice… the rest was ridiculous. I ordered a Detroit pizza. I was staring at a picture on the menu that shows a pepperoni Detroit, hot n ready for 5.99. She asked what kind. I was slightly confused because I didn’t know there was an option beyond the pepperoni. After clarifying that, she said the total is $17. I asked why isn’t it 5.99? She said oh that’s the hot n ready. I said right, that’s what I want. She says it’s going to be 15 to 20 minutes. I said I thought this is a hot n ready. She replied we don’t really make it hot n ready because it’s a waste, nobody orders that. What compete idiocy and nonsense. If you don’t offer it, take it off the menu.

Food was good. Employees were very polite and nice and attentive. The atmosphere was pleasant. It was nice and cool inside. The store was very clean and spacious. Employees were wearing the proper protective gear. Such as aprons, gloves, and hair in braids. This Little Caesars on Freeport was the nicest store I’ve been to. (I usually go to the one closest to my home on Florin, close to the Light Rail Florin station. Florin store is small, not very clean, and not a good area. The Freeport store was a good change. I will be driving the extra distance just to go back to Freeport Little Caesars.

Pretty busy on Tuesday night about 630. I ordered online for pickup. Pizza was ready on time, but the worker forgot to hit some buttons when they put my order in the pizza portal so it didn’t show my name or that my order was ready. I waited about 5 minutes and then confirmed with the cashier that the pizza in the portal was mine.
Had the four meat calzony. Pretty tasty, kinda greasy. It was like crazy bread and pizza pot together. Decent value@ $8.99. Would order again!

I ordered three pizzas, bread sticks & cookie dough brownie online, my order was ready at 3:48 pm and I arrived at 3:58 for pick up. I entered my code at the kiosk and it didn’t work so I asked a staff member for assistance, and she said if orders in the kiosk are picked up 30 minutes late the kiosk locks?, It had only been 10 minutes! (Red Flag )
I was there only 10 minutes after my order was ready.
I should have checked my order before leaving the store because this was the worst the worst experience ever with Little Caesars! Dry dry dry pizza, thin crust pepperoni & dry dry dry cheese pizza!

Came to order a hot and ready and some Italian cheese bread . I see some sitting in the front so after being told it’ll be a 15 minute wait I ask if it’s possible to get the one of the two boxes I see that’s ready . I was told they belonged to someone who called in for them … mind you there’s a separate case in the front specifically for people who ordered up ahead so instead of arguing , I waited . In the 15 minutes I waited no one came to pick up the pizza or bread that’s probably been sitting here for 30 minutes by now judging by the grease that’s seeping through the box . Again .. no argument I grab my stuff and I quietly wait to be offered peppers and napkins like I witnessed the three men ahead of me and of course I had to ask for them AND a bag for the two liter I purchased. This was a last minute food thing so I can’t blame anybody but myself . Rants over . Do better . If you don’t like customer service just QUIT
