Today 10/12/25 went into the store at 1:00 PM expecting to see maybe some pizzas some puffs or some wings or bread in the ovens. Nobody was at the cash register saw one person in the back, but the store supervisor/manager, (which he refused to give me his name when I called him and he hung up on me.) Was sitting in the back comes out and he’s on his phone. I asked him do you have any kind of pizzas available? I didn’t see anything in the ovens except one box of the Philly cheese puffs, and one box of wing.I figured they were fresh. He said we have one box of Philly cheese puffs and we have one box of wings which one would you like them? He said if I make you a pizza it’s gonna be 10 to 15 minutes long. I said how come you don’t have any pizza is ready. It’s 1 o’clock. He said I don’t know. I said OK I’ll take the Philly cheese puffs. Mind you I’ve had these puffs before even the ones with bacon and pepperoni when they were available, they’re usually nice light, puffy, hot and tasty the box he gave me. I waited till I got home to open up and the puffs were stuck to the bottom of the box and they were about 2 inches big meaning they’d probably been in there for hours When I called him. I asked him how long they were in the oven for and he did not know. I then asked him if he knew when those were cooked and he said no I asked him who opened up the store and he said I did and I said so you should know how long that box has been In the oven. At that time, I asked him for his name and how to get a hold of his supervisor or manager, and he hung up on me. I called back and he never answered. Obviously this manager was getting paid to sit on his phone in the back and not take care of his customers or what his job description is please. I asked him. Why didn’t you look at the puffs before you gave them to me? If you didn’t know how long they had been in the hot oven for he didn’t have an answer for that either he was about 20 years old and had red hair didn’t get his name, but I will follow up on my complaint.

Not sure what has happened to this place. All new faces, never the same workers. Management clearly doesn’t train. Got a cheese pizza. Only to realize there was hardly any cheese on a plain cheese pizza.
There was no salt on this either it was so bland. The way this half looks is how the whole pizza looked. Was not doct right needs to be duct all the way out. Also there was actually hardly any sauce despite it looking like there was a lot of red there was not. The cheese was not spread to the edge.
What happened to the young lady that used to work here? She did a good job and made your pizza perfect she would weigh everything. You guys only have guys working there now all men. What is going on at this place?

It is a short 100 feet from the road. They are pretty fast typically which is good as they only have a couple of chairs avaIlable to wait in. I usually get the deep dish pizza. It comes with peperoni and cheese and lots of cheese which makes it so good. They are quite thick so you get a lot of dough if you like that. It’s all for under 10 dollars so it is a good deal.
They usually have them ready in advance at primetime but I would recommend opening up the box and taking a peek before you leave. I have had a few bad experiences where it had been dried out and over cooked looking. Because of that I am taking away a star. If they are out the wait is about 10 minutes.

I walked out. Guy at the counter was banging pots and pans around in the back while there was people in line like he was irratated and was annoyed with the work he had to do. The other guy building the pizzas was ignoring the line as well. Finally he walks up to the lady at the register and say “It’s still cooking with an attitude. Then repeats it again to her while she was trying g to communicate something with him. Just really arrogant and rude. I walked out. It’s Saturday night. You chose to work at a pizza joint. What do you expect It’s going to be like?

I’m giving one star across the board. I ordered our pizza online. It was late and we were in the middle of moving out of our house with little food available. When we got the pizza home they had given us the wrong pizza. I was told to bring the pizza in for a refund the next day. We were starving and it was now almost 10:00 PM. What were we going to eat for dinner now? They wouldn’t even consider giving us a refund for the more expensive pizza I ordered vs the one they gave us without us bringing in the pizza the next day. I will never go here again.

I went to this establishment, ordered a medium sized order, and was told the wait would be 10-15 minutes. After 20 minutes, I was told it would be two more minutes (it ended up being 5) and I received a very burnt pepperoni pizza. Half the crust of the pizza was black and when I went back in for a replacement, I noticed the same worker on a phone call for the entirety of my visit. Not only was she on her phone from me first entering the building, she also had an attitude when giving me the burnt pizza. The only good service I received was from a brunette girl who thankfully got me my replacement. Wouldn’t visit again until they enforce proper cooking times as well as common manners in front of customers!!

Ordered online, only to arrive and STILL wait 20 minutes for a classic pepperoni and classic cheese because they don’t keep a readily available stock of their “Hot and Ready” selections. They offered no apologies instead walked away from the counter and went to the back to rest their chin on a box of pizzas ready to be put in the warmer. Would NOT recommend wasting time, money or frustration here.
