Pizza was soft like it wasn’t thoroughly cooked. To top it while paying the cashier embarrassed me in a full lobby by accusing me of using a counterfeit bill without using a pen or his bill checking machine I had to argue with him for 5 mins until he used the machine just to find my $20 was real. The quality of customer service and food has gone down hill.

Workers seem to consistently not give you what you ask for, or mix things up. You better make sure when you ask for Buffalo that you get Buffalo. I literally watched a guy get handed back a wrong pizza that was taken out of the store by a customer that had brought it back and the worker put it back in the warmer. Gross. We have no idea what the customer did to it if anything but I still don’t want that pizza.
