Maps said they close at 10, I hop in my truck and fly across town, get here at 9:45 and guess what? Their door says open until 10PM but they’re closed. I guess they had something better to do than hold true to their advertised hours.

Stopped in at 9:35pm on our way home to sohum from a long day in northern Humboldt. Hot and ready pizza puffs were fresh and delicious. Definitely hit the spot.

So disappointed in the quality pizza of this location. The hot n ready pizzas were obviously cooked in the morning and sitting around all day. I picked up one at 3:20 pm and there was barely any cheese and the cheese that there was was hardened like a 7-11 pizza. We got two orders of bread sticks and one of them was like barely cooked it was doughy and neither had butter on them. I was really upset since this location took forever to open and we were looking forward to it.

Juan at the fortuna location helped me very much earlier today, stopped by for lunch and as a vegan I wondered if I could eat the crazy bread. I assumed no but being so close I walked in to check and Juan had the answers all ready to go off the top of his head and he was even willing to make a fresh batch with no butter. While I didn’t have the time unfortunately I just wanted to make sure he got the deserved appreciation for being so top notch. He was even cleaning all the glass when I walked in. Seems like a great place to get your food!

Not only is the customer service here deplorable. They don’t even say hello when you walk in on top of it, they were refused to give us us ranch without extra payment, though we ordered more than one thing as well It was for my lunch break from work, and the pizza was uncooked. Only the crust was fully cooked.
This is not the little Caesars. The community waited so long to have.
To say it’s disappointing is such a gross understatement
