Let’s start off with Atmosphere. Great Place, larger Restaurant than the other two places in Santa Rosa. While it is clean, it is slightly dirty in some spaces, but who has time to clean all that when a huge horde of people walk in, each ordering huge stacks of pizzas for an event??? I get it’s the NFL event, but other times before the NFL that I have gone here, it’s usually the same. There would be times I have to wait more than 30 minutes for my Pizza, but people are usually complaining about not receiving it in 5 minutes! Ridiculous! There is always a bunch of people in the restaurant and Door dash people waiting outside. The work staff are nice and I see them working very hard to get our orders right. Maybe they get it right. And sometimes they don’t. I enjoy the food and appreciate the effort they go through.

The pizza is decent but greasier than Id like. They really try to keep the store nice but people trash the lobby and entrance faster than they can keep up after the messes. Customer service is ok but a little less attitude and more attentiveness would help. No seating to dine inside. This is a grab n go place. The pizza portal is up but they don’t use it because people steal other folks orders I was told. Idk how when we get access code and they have individual drawers.

easy to order online and pick up. Employees are pretty nice. It’s very dirty inside and out. I can only hope that it being a chain brand, that the kitchen standards are better than the cleanliness standards that they have out front.

Fast, cheap and ready. Like all little ceasers…. you’d think! I’ve been to some little ceasers that don’t have any pizzas or lunch deals ready, ever! This store was stocked and ready and the one time I had to wait for my extra pizza, it was well worth the wait. It was fresh (as fresh as L.C can be) and it was actually really good. Really friendly staff, and also knew what they were doing and were professional

I gave them two starts because they do have great customer service but they can’t seem to get an order right, The first pizza gave me was wrong tonight so he told I could keep, and he would make another one, then second one was wrong. I decided against going back a second time and just kept it. The pizza is very low quality, it even had a burned taste to it and the cheese tasted like plastic. I say go if you are looking for great customer service but expect bad pizza, and it is now expensive .

Employee greeted me promptly and allowed time to look for what we wanted. He was willing to give advice. Food was fresh and hot, even after I got home. It was only a few minutes between ordering and everything being ready. Street parking is all that’s available.

Ordering was quick. Was told it would be a 5 minute wait. Watched the guy boxing/cutting pizzas open and close my pizza and my friend’s repeatedly across ten minutes before our pizzas were given to us. Pizzas were barely ‘hot’ when received.

What I appreciate about this place is you get exactly what you pay for, an inexpensive cheese disc, with or without red dots. A quick solution for a large appetite and small budget. It actually taste better than say pizza guy’s, and is half the price. I would’ve given five stars if they could deliver and keep it under ten. Impossible I know, but a boy can always dream.
