Today january 16, we went drive through to get a few hot and readys. And we waiting for the person to come to the window and the girls we saw working there never did they acknowledge that we were there waiting. Didn’t even bother to come to the window to even say “hello I’ll be right with you guys”. Nothing we were completely ignored, so we just left. Those girls need better training if they’re going to be working at a service place. Good service makes customers happy and definitely chose that place again. Not the case this time. I wouldn’t even give it a one star

i sat behind a car in the drive through for 10 minutes with no movement. i shut my car off in place ran and opened door to ask why they are allowing him to sit there. apparently you can place an order at the drive through window and block others from picking up their food while they take 25 minutes to cook the food placed at the drive through. never again pizza pizza. thats bad customer service.

I went into geer in Turlock at 5:30pm 1/17/36 to pickup my food
It’s was very bad service everyone was very rude.The cashier was rude. My food wasn’t ready yet I ordered it on line all the people in the back where playing around nobody’s food was ready. I asked the cashier for my money back and she walked away and didn’t say anything to me I will never go back there again. There was no manager on the floor to help with anyone complaint. This store will get zero stars from me

Pizza sat in a warmer for hours that the pizza was so dry we had to use the marinara from breadsticks to have some moisture.breadsticks were like croutons. At least one thing was right my soda that they couldn’t mess that up. When called I was told I could drive the 20 minutes to come switch.

The workers were nice but they gave me some nasty a$$ pizzas lol. One was a thin crust that had soggy uncooked bacon and cheese 4x thicker than the crust literally oozing off the sides… The other was a burnt calzony blacker than a gorilla that works in a coal mine
And they couldn’t even refund me because it was an online order. They offered to replace them if I brought in the pizza carcasses but I was already turned off by the idea of pizza since the ones they gave were so foul.

Please do better i got my pizza that looks like it was from 2 different boxes. The cutting needs lots of work and please if your gonna put pizza from 2 different boxes make sure the cutting under the slices on the box match up

I just waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru at Little Caesars, and it was honestly ridiculous. I could clearly see the employees inside laughing, talking, and completely ignoring the line of cars outside. No sense of urgency, no acknowledgment, not even a simple “we’ll be right with you.” If this is how they treat customers, I won’t be coming back. Absolutely unacceptable.

Worst customer service. Took my order and said, it will be 25 mins, I came back in 25 mins and they said “please wait for another 15 mins it’s getting ready”. Waisted another 10 mins and still not ready. And finally after all that, got the worst pizza ever. Don’t waist your time here.
