Today I ordered the wrong pizza for my sensory issue child that he did not want to eat the pizza I ordered by mistake I called and they said to come in and talk to us in person. I showed up the manager was called and I was charged for a whole mother pizza and then they took the one I had purchased. Then I asked why they had taken it and charged me for another pizza and there was some misunderstanding but it was handles very well. The manager refunded me the amount paid and gave me the pizza I needed. It was handled very well. Thank you so much for understanding.

I like this place, the pizza is always good, but the workers are insufferable at times. It has happened every-time I order there, where i ask for the simplest things like jalapeños on cheese pizza, and they never do it, and they still charge me, and when i bring it up they dismiss me or say i have to wait another 20 minutes. It’s disappointing.

I ordered online and was given a pick up time of 3:32pm-3:39pm. At the time of writing this review it is 4:01pm and I am still without my order because it’s not ready. I understand that they were backed up with multiple customers, but the least they could’ve done was give an update. From the lack of an update on time I ended up standing outside in the heat for 40 min and then went home which I’m still waiting for the order at the time of writing this review. Would give less than one star if possible.

The past two times I have bought pizza from there is HORRIBLE! Idk who is new with making the pizza but they aren’t making it correctly, the pizza comes out thin crusted and crunchy when it should be soft and fresh. Instead they taste literally like cardboard and are poorly made. Please teach the workers how to properly make a pizza at this point

This particular Little Caesars make a decent pizza. I been to other ones in past and this location surpassed them. The staff are nice but be aware when calling in a order make sure you make the person say out the order and have gather your info. I have experience two different incidents when my order was not in they system but have records of me calling.

You know there’s times where you go in to a place and you have to wait because it’s not ready, usually they say oh 5 minutes blah blah, you wait and your food is fresh and ready for you to go on home and enjoy it. Then there’s times where the food doesn’t come out right and you then experience the quality of the establishments customer service. Well tonight I went in and waited an extra ten or so minutes after the 5 i was told I inspected the pizzas myself as I do every pizza joint and the cheese was burnt and I asked for a new one they tell me I’ll have to wait ten more minutes. Or some free sauces smh step your cooking game up and serve this town some pizzas. The toppings are cheap and that’s the reason we end up coming here so at least make it right for customers to enjoy. My 17yr old said it’s tough enough to break teeth. Sorry kids but next time a refund will do.
