Went there twice in the recent week. Once to pick up some pizzas for a hangout. The second to get one for me. I wasn’t going to say anything the first time, but on this second time I’m annoyed. Both times the pizza’s were not cut. They just baked them and threw them in the pick up section. First time I thought it was just a mistake, no big deal. But twice? And in the same week?

I am a regular customer of this location and there’s been times that I never mentioned anything but this time I decided I have to. Almost every single time I order a combination from them the topping are just sprinkled on, seems more like a pepperoni with a few toppings lightly sprinkled on l. I brought it to their attention after I came home which was inconvenient for me to get back in the car and go all the way back and they had a rude attitude about it and not accepting they’re mistake. If I’m going to pay for a supreme pizza it better look like the picture, also they tend put the toppings towards the middle of the pizza and leave the whole crust blank so they use less toppings. Also, they are horrible with replacing since accidents happen, my marinara sauce slipped off the top of the pizza as I was walking in the parking lot and they didn’t even offer to give me another one so they charged me for another one even though it came with my order. They lost a good regular customer and am willing to go to another location and drive further. Don’t support this location!!

Ordered 2 stuffed crazy crust pizzas today. Pepperoni, well done, and 1 sausage, well done. Had my daughter pick up the order. When we got home I noticed our pizzas were NOT crazy crust. Thought one of the pizzas was a cheese pizza then saw it had just a few pieces of sausage. Both pizzas were NOT well done. I went in to tell them and all they offered was to add the garlic and cheese to the crust. They said they couldn’t do anything about the amount of sausage they put. Which I understand that they have to measure, but maybe spreading them around and not just dumping them on one side of the pizza would be nice. That way we dont have slices with only cheese. Taste was not very good either, I felt like I was eating raw dough.

Cashier (male) was so rude. Soon as I walked in he rudely asked “you gonna order” and after every sentence he says “that all” and when I asked for a bag he tossed it on the counter.. if it’s inconvenience to bring business into your place of business so you can have a pay check maybe consider quitting and staying home .. just a thought ..

Just ordered there today and saw their pizzas got thinner. Have been noticing a lot of these restaurants are skimping out and expecting customers to continue paying the same price or more when the prices go up. Not right to rip off customers and expect them to come back.

Deepdish has absolutely no sauce, and first thing i heard when I walk in was, can yiu go up there i dont feel like talking to him lol haha. Pizza was garbage sadly. Haven’t had one in a long time

I made my order at 2 pm over the phone and came to pick up ,to tell me sorry my coworker have you order way we are sorry ,you have to choices either your wait another 15 min or you want your refund such a bad manager and very un sensitive ,my 4 year old saying mommy I’m hungry keep in mined I made the order early for when my kids get out of school the can eat . She was very inconsiderate she didn’t even offer a discount !! Will never go back horrible service ,the employees were giving the wrong orders to the customers as well

We hardly ever get Little Caesars so for us to go in and have an iffy experience really sucks maybe a manager or owner will read it and make some changes.
First complaint or mention I called place an order they said 10 minutes which was fine. We got there six minutes after ordering paid and waited which is no big deal but we ended up waiting another 10 to 15 minutes.
Secondly, Customer service here is horrible. I get there a bunch of teenagers but come on is key when working and customer service as well. Say hello to people who walk in ask if everybody has been helped. Something, It’s just weird and cold in there like everybody’s a robot.
Then, is that one we got order and we opened up the box which I guess it’s common sense check yourself before you leave always anywhere you go but our order “ cheese and herb puffs” It’s supposed to come with four and it came with three. There was also the number three in parentheses on our tag, which I didn’t understand and when I called to ask about it, they said that they would remake them. I was waiting for my order of sushi and I told him I would be there right after and they said they had some already made mind my 10 year old son was hungry and so was I and we had already been waiting so yeah I let him eat them.
I did come in with the box and I did let them know and I asked why 3 Was on the box they said that’s the name of the puffs which it’s not online it doesn’t and then they said well since you ate them we can’t give you another one. Which was fine I just, annoying hut Im not one to blow things up. I did let them know that if they had a managers someone there you know communication needs to be clear on the phone because when I came in and said, I called the person in the front didn’t even know I called or what I was talking about. Also, when I called, they probably should have said bring in the order most pizza places Just let you order and fix your order or as long as you brought in the box which I did which I guess it’s little Caesars so makes sense.

I am a NAVY veteran and this was the second time Little Caesar’s denied me a veterans meal. Why even offer a free veterans meal if you are going to tell them you ran out of veteran meals. I will also write the CEO of Little Caesars about this matter. Never again will I order from this pizza chain.
