I have been coming here every couple of weeks, and every time, it just keeps getting worse. This time, the pizza looked slightly burned, but it was uncooked at the same time. It was super soggy at the bottom. I literally tried to cook it at home. And it was still disintegrating, I had to eat the pizza with a spoon.
These people worked better when they were getting paid less. They don’t even deserve to get paid $1 with that kind of work they do. Today is the last time they get my money, I won’t be coming back.

I when in there 12/19 about 6pm and the girl told me they didnt have any pizzas ready and it would take at least 25 minutes. Both of the warmers where nearly full. Hot and not ready i guess

Good: Decent service. The lady at the counter was nice and the food came out in ~20 minutes. Everything looked clean and I was allowed to take my time to order.
Neutral: They don’t gave paper menus so you have to awkwardly stand to try to read off of the board. The place is small and (at the time I was in) not too crowded, but it’s better to just rush in and pickup than order in-person.
Bad: The pizza was not good. I ordered a Fantastic Four and it was as flat as the cardboard box. There was barely any sauce on it, not “barely any sauce” compared to a deep dish but barely any sauce compared to a regular pizza from either a place like Mountain Mike’s or from frozen package. It felt like they lightly spritzed the marinara on the dough, topped on little bit of cheese, and put it in the oven. The meat tasted funny, so I didn’t eat it (wasted 1/4) my pizza and the texture was like chewing tac. The prices have hiked up so much that it kills me to say this, but I have to: I’m no longer buying here. It would genuinely be more beneficial for me to make my own pizza, get it frozen, or order from a place like Dominoes (that I know will have mediocre, but relatively-filling & cheap pizza). Was supposed to be an Extra most Bestest cheese Pizza. I don’t know what this is but I tried it but it tasted like metal and the “cheese” was burnt but at the same time was undercooked. Didn’t know that was possible, these kids that work there have talent for making garbage.

Size of deep dish pizza has shrunk. Classic Peps have hardly any sauce always dried out.

Service was on average. It was very quick. The lady at the restaurant is very nice. She was able to help me out with a few pennies.

Pizza, Deep Dish, was horrible. Barely any sauce. Was like eating a bunch of dough and barely any toppings or sauce. For $17 it wasn’t worth it for sure. Also got the Brownies and that was a hugh disappointment as well. I won’t ever get food from them again.
