They need to staff this place better. Its insane to expect any amount of service with one kid and one adult working busy hours. It went 30 min past my pickup time because they just cant get done quick enough. So frustrating on the owners part.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from this establishment. I placed an order for a cheese pizza and was instead delivered a pepperoni pizza. Mistakes can happen, but the way the situation was handled was unacceptable.
When I called to address the issue, I was told that I would need to bring the incorrect pizza back so they could “confirm” that my order was wrong. This response not only implied doubt in my honesty as a customer but also demonstrated a complete lack of accountability on their part.
Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience and making it right promptly, the burden was placed entirely on me to correct their error. This level of negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction is disappointing and reflects poorly on the team’s training and priorities.
I will be reconsidering any future orders from this location unless there is a serious improvement in their customer service and professionalism.

So hit or miss with this location. Normally pizza is what you expect but the service is almost always terrible. Ordered a pizza online Monday at 11:15 get there when it should be ready at 11:45 and there’s a sign that they won’t even open till noon that day. No way to cancel my order, stuck with a hungry kid and no food. Almost all major chains can turn on and off mobile ordering so there’s not much for excuses there. Still waiting to hear back from corporate but I doubt I’ll get a response.
