lady’s working need more help that are willing to work they should not be working with lazy people that get paid to stand around and talk all shift then make it a long wait for customers bad all the way around need a manager there to babysit them is what I saw in the short time I was in the restaurant. Just letting you know if you order here is a 1hr wait!!

I called to order a pizza only, they tell me it will take 40 minutes and it arrives in an hour and when my order arrived they gave it to another person who did not provide a receipt. The gentleman tells me that he is not there and that they are going to make me another one in another 10 minutes. I tell him that I can’t wait and that it is not my fault and the very pedantic and grocery man tells me that if I want my money back and that he can’t take the pizza out of the air!! but it is their fault for giving the order to another person. Then I ask for the phone number to leave my complaint and he literally gave me this “1800-7-caesar” I told him that it was not a correct number and he sent another employee without giving me an explanation until I told the other girl to write the number correctly please. that is how she managed to give it to me correctly. Bad service.

Ordered online was supposed to be ready by 4:05pm at the latest but wasn’t tell 4:38pm ordered my food @3:35pm or so they had plenty of time to get this order ready. Came in with a portal code but my order was not ready and the lady’s working where not in any hurry to do their Job some just walking around in the back only two working for a Saturday they should all be busy with the line and people already waiting if all the workers did their jobs this place would be running smoothly but when you hire young and unmotivated people this is what happens they need more supervision and I feel bad for the only two I saw work as the others talked in the back doing nothing as a person that worked customer service for 4 yrs the only two lady’s working need more help that are willing to work they should not be working with lazy people that get paid to stand around and talk all shift then make it a long wait for customers bad all the way around need a manager there to babysit them is what I saw in the short time I was in the restaurant. I order 1 box for pizza and its suppose to be ready a certain time and I had to wait over a hour going on 2 hours for 1 box and I tried calling about my order they wasnt answering terrible customer service I couldn’t even get a refund.

Made an online order at 530, for a pickup at 730. At 735 the pizza tracker told me my order was ready. I go inside and they tell me my food will be out in 5 minutes. That’s OK I’m patient and it’s a Friday night. I waited 15 minutes then asked again. Was told my food was comong out at that moment. Another 15 minutes and my food finally comes out. When I get home and open the boxes my deep dish pizza looked awful. Nothing like the deep dishes look. My pizza puffs had unmelted cheese and uncooked dough in the middle. I am a patient person but waiting beyond my pickup time for food that was made poorly really upset me. I don’t eat out a lot and just wanted a pizza night.

Be careful eating from this location. We bought a pizza from here a few Fridays ago and literally 2 hours after we ate we all fell sick as hell. We ended up in the hospital with an iv we had a severe case of food poisoning. I will never ever buy from here again.
