There was an update for the app on my phone. I updated it and it signed me out. Now I cannot sign in no matter what . Even tried to change my password! After multiple tries and 25 minutes later the app is now off of my phone. Out of sight out of mind…… It used to be so easy to order or re-order too…. I actually went there 3-5 times per month.

Ate here on a whim looking for pizza shop. We got 1/2 Hawaiian, 1/2 Everything for like $15 or so. Pretty tasty. Tables outside for eating. Nice cashier guy. Quick service, 5-10 mins for our food.

There seems to be a running trend here. We ordered with no parmesan crust. Guess what got delivered? When we called to complain about it, we couldn’t understand most of what the person on the phone said although he was able to confirm we ordered with no parmesan. When we asked for a manager, he said there was no manager so we asked for his name. His response? “I have no name.” Customer service lacks big time. No solution to the issue, other than us not ordering from there anymore.

I love going to this place to get my pizza. I just wish that somebody spoke english every once in a while. I always call my pizza in but I can never understand what the person on the phone is saying. Especially today, he was telling me my pizza would be ready in fifteen minutes and I couldn’t understand a word of it. I thought he was asking me for more toppings on my pizza. I just hung up the phone feeling frustrated because it happens every time I call. On a positive note I enjoy the pizza and the atmosphere seems positive.

Told the guy three times I didn’t want Parmesan cheese on my crust. He put Parmesan on it and told me I did not ask for it not to be included.
The young lady who remade it scolded me and told me that there’s no room on the app to include that so next time to order it in person.

My husband and I have done a weekly pizza night since we got together. Now that we have Grandma living with us we’ve turned her onto it as well. This is the best pizza place we have tried after so long together. Consistently good, fresh and always hot. Plus even the people who work there are pleasant. Even got Grandma’s stamp of approval and she’s worked in restaurants for 45 years.

I really like the pizza, and I have been a pizza snob much of my life. I’m tired, though, of paying $50 at some of the local pizza places for really not that good of pizza. My spouse and I can eat 2 meals each, it’s ready when you are and priced right. Win win!

You know when you go to Little Caesar’s you’re not going to get super high quality food. However, it’s plenty tasty and it’s cheap and it’s fast. I love their sauce options.
It seems like a lot of people are having issues ordering on the phone, so I will say I only get walk-in orders here and had no issues with service.
I really hate that they only offer third party delivery (I’ve been burned by Door Dash and refuse to use them) and pretty much only offer soda for drinks. I’d love to see some seltzer and energy drinks.

I’ll start by saying that this little Cesar’s is one if my favorites, pizza taste good here, but man do they have some nasty and rude night shift workers at night shifts. During the day they have nice people working so try to head there before 6PM at least. I understand that it is the end of the day and they are tired, but i walked in being polite and all I got was attitude for even walking in an hour before closing. Of course nothing personal as always, just gotta review it as terrible customer service. Thank you
