If your used to getting Parmesan cheese packets with your purchase, like every other Little Ceasers location on the planet gives out, you can forget about that here. When I asked employees why they don’t have them, they also give the same sour reply, “we don’t stock them here”. The last time we ordered here the premade pepperoni had been sitting in warmer so long it was dry and almost burnt. Just terrible. Customer service here is completely lacking and they pizza quality is not up to franchise standards.

Normally I’ve typically enjoyed my pizzas from this location. I’ve had a couple of pizzas where the toppings were incorrect, but it’s not a huge deal it happens.
However, the last time I went I got a stuffed crust with onions and old-world pepperoni. I had 2 pieces when I got home, and within a half hour of eating it started to experience uncomfortable stomach pain. I figured it would pass, but as the time progressed the pain became unbearable. I was about 15 minutes away from going to the hospital due to the pain no relenting.
I had to evacuate my stomach several times before the mounting pain subsided.
I’ve never had food poisoning that bad. Never had severe upper stomach pain to the point of anxiety that the pain was going to get worse or not stop.
It’s put me off eating Little Caesars completely for the time being. The thought of eating it makes my brain shudder in horror due to it linking that pain with their pizza.
I certainly hope this was just a random freak thing, but it did happen. I ended up just throwing the entire waste of money into the garbage, but there was no way I was going to even test the hypothesis.

I just ordered online for delivery I was surprised to see that option I was excited and proceeded with Little Caesars preferred option for delivery I made a mistake in the apartment number following my emails prompted me to call the store where they told me they didn’t deliver I prepaid tip and everything to the wrong hotel room but somehow before I could cancel the food arrived hot and faster than I could ever believe the person that answered the phone was kind even though I was not and got me the store manager who was obviously busy and equally as kind to me. Very impressive

My family and I went in around 1 pm on a Saturday for a quick lunch to go and recurved very poor customer service. We weren’t greeted or even acknowledged until I got the attention of a cook. Even after getting a young gentleman at the register, we weren’t greeted but simply stared at until we ordered. Very disappointed and won’t be returning.
