I ordered online and when I arrived, I knew my order wasn’t ready yet so I sat down and waited. My boyfriend came in after me, played on the arcade game they have, and then went outside to get something. I went up to the register to ask about my order and couldn’t see anyone. A few minutes went by, and then as soon as my boyfriend walked back in, a lady came from the back and (addressing my boyfriend) asked rudely “sir are you going to place an order or not?” She didn’t even acknowledge me or that I was standing there waiting to be helped. I told her he is with me, I ordered online, and was wondering where my order was. She didn’t apologize for being rude, just immediately looked up my order and went to retrieve it. At that point I paid for 2 ranches and as soon as I finished paying, she began talking to the person behind me without giving me my ranch. I grabbed my soda from the fridge and because I was holding my baby, who started fussing, I forgot about the ranch and just left. I ended up turning around less than 5 minutes later to go back for it and the same lady was upfront. First she tried to say she gave me the ranch, then she argued with me that I only paid for 1 not 2. Eventually she gave me both ranches and I left. That was the worst service I’ve ever received at this establishment and honestly, it will make me consider going to the one on E Tabor next time instead even though this one is literally on the same street I live on.

Online order was efficient and convenient. Online order will provide an estimate, and notification, when your order is ready for pick up. In the store, there is a warming rack for online orders. Just look for your name on top of machine, enter your code or scan your QR code to open and remove your order. If you ordered a drink, it’s in the machine in front of the warming rack.

They have an app that works well but have employees that cant understand how to properly use it. Order stated it was ready but had to go to the counter instead of pick up box. After going to the counter they stated the order was not ready yet after waiting for 20 mins the order was ready the whole time and the employees insisted it was not ready yet. Super poor service and is a complete mess that is horribly managed.

Wonderful experience with Fresh foods, great options and nice eating vibes. Little Caesers Pizza is indeed a popular choice in the USA. Visited the Vacaville city, Ca outlet and found really satisfaction by their fresh hot Pizza with popular choices. Tried delicious Veggie/Puffs and Cheesy bread to fill the hungry stomach and it wa nis delicious choice with utmost satisfaction.

Friendly staff, fast service, and great taste!! Their prices are fair for families to enjoy a nice pizza dinner. The young crew at this location all had gloves, mask, and a clean lobby area. Unfortunately, no hair nets were being worn. That’s a must around food!!!
