I give it 2 stars because the pizza was decent, however, the crazy bread was not fully cooked. Jacob at this location didn’t seem to want to be there and do his job. Ended up waiting double the time they said originally and food still ended up coming out not fully cooked. Go to the one off of Walnut. This one needs better employees that know how to do their job, or at least seem like they want to be there.

I had a pizza and breadsticks delivered. The pizza was burnt so I brought it back. The crew was quick to address me when I came in and replaced my order. They offered a free extra pizza for the inconvenience and were very apologetic and friendly. I just want to say thank you for saving our pizza night. 🙂

Very disappointed! We’ve order many times from this establishment and I can tell you that one to many times have walked out with an incorrect order and am very tired of it! We even went back to let them know our order was incorrect (receipt in hand) and was not accommodated with the correct order. Not once did they acknowledge or attempted to remake or give us what we actually order and paid for. We’ve even tried to call and let them know our concerns but no one picks up the phone! Obviously customer service is not one of their priorities.

We’ve been going to this Little Caesars for some time and never been disappointed. Now they have the app to order and you scan the bar code on your phone to pick it up from a heated kiosk. So easy and the pizza stays nice and hot! Very cool!

Very rude employees and bad customer service. I am vegetarian so I ordered the cheese pizza. The lady who was making pizza did not wear any gloves she was using bare hands. This is disgusting. It might be okay for the people who are not vegetarian but people who are vegetarian this is unacceptable because she was using the same hands with the pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza. When I asked why she’s not using gloves, the employee got offended and was rude. Telling me that I dont understand and its not easy to get the gloves because they have to order then wait for shipment. But its not the first time they are doing this. This is my last time ordering from this location.

Pizza is standard little Cesar’s. Consistent. Staff disposition is highly variable at this store. Don’t expect to get what you want within an hour of closing unless it’s one of their pre-made rack pizzas.
