Grabbed a hot-n-ready pepperoni on the go, and honestly, for the price, it’s hard to complain. The crust was decent, lots of cheese, and it came out super fast, which I appreciated. That said, the pizza was kinda greasy and not super fresh-tasting, like it had been sitting for a bit. Staff was polite but not overly friendly, just doing their thing. The store was small and not really a sit-down kind of vibe—more like get in, get out.

Food was horrible. When to the kiosk to get my food. Not available. Had to wait on the side as I did i eventually got helped. As i got home and we began eating our food. It was horrible the pepperoni pizza was overcooked. It was crunchy at this point and the bread tasted old. The crazy bread was stale and super dry. I called to get a refund. The manager said that they can remake it if i wanted to but i wanted a refund and she said if i wanted it i would gave to go in today. So overll i would have to do a 30 min round trip not factoring traffic time just to get my money back. Which is difficult having 2 young kids and having to take them back in the car for the journey. I understand it’s a $6 pizza, but I didn’t expect to get a pizza that looks and feels like it was made the day prior. If it wasn’t a 20 minute drive I’d return this back to them.

Terrible experience, don’t know why I keep coming back. Ordered online, got the confirmation email but never the one that it had been placed in the portal. Showed up and found out my pizza had never been made 30mins after it was due!! Asked for a manager and they avoided me, didn’t even apologize and did not compensate me for wasting my time! They ended up giving me an old pizza that wasn’t even what I ordered and was absolutely disgusting.

One star they don’t deserve because you can’t give less. I ordered delivery because I was too busy to pick it up. Door Dash delivers for them-my order subtotal was $26 and some change (there was supposed to be a $4 coupon applied if i got it delivered) and I was charged $41.48. I left delivery instructions to ring the doorbell and hand deliver. I was on my phone when I get back to back texts, the driver is on his way and 2 seconds later that the driver had hand delivered the food. He left our food on the doorstep, he didn’t knock or ring the bell, we have 3 dogs that live to bark at anything that moves and the driver was able to leave our order on the doorstep without triggering one dog. Our food wasn’t in a bag or wrapped up, it wasn’t left on the table outside the door-it was left on the ground. There were 5 boxes in our order and a dipping sauce . The delivery was bad, the food was worse. The pizza was cold and undercooked and the toppings looked raw. The Italian cheese bread was also cold. Not like it cooled on the doorstep but over time. We had 3 orders of crazy puffs that were burned on the top and bottom and cold in the middle. They probably sat in the warming thing for hot and ready orders all day and instead of making our order they threw what they had together to close out our order and they would be closed before we could complain. I called the number in the text provided if there was a problem with the order. That number is not Little Caesars, it is for door dash. After being managed by the agent on the phone and not being listened to, they graciously compensated me a 15% refund. The delivery fee, service fee, TIP, state, county, and district taxes were about $15. They are refunding me a little over $6 and charged me almost $12 just for their fees, not tax. The food with tax is less than $30, I was charged almost $42 for food that no one can eat and no Customer Support for the bad food, only the bad delivery. The condition of the food was not solely the negligence of the driver, Little Caesar’s sent us food that is inedible-not just one item, it was all bad. This isn’t cold fries at the drive-thru because most people won’t go back by the time they remember to check the fries. They don’t give you cold fries when you dine-in, but you KNOW it’s a crap shoot with drive-thru fries, you know the risks. Pizza delivery is highly competitive, usually dependable and nothing to complain about, you can expect a hot pizza in a reasonable amount of time or you can try a new place. I cannot believe that this place has stayed in business. They know they are bad when they don’t provide customers with a way to contact them, the only option left is corporate. They need quality control and to be more upfront with all of the extra charges they tacked on that they alluded would be covered with the coupon for $4 off (they didn’t apply the coupon, if they had then my $26 worth of bad food would have been more than $45).

Manager Christian was rude and asked me if I wanted a refund? Like no I want my pizzas. Cashier in the front girl with braids Lizbeth or something told me if I wanted to wait the 10 mins or she could get Christian again after I had just spoken to him very unhelpful

Front counter staff are quick to respond, food ready quickly information in the app is correct for online orders. Attending staff to serve orders distracted with personal conversation took as long to receive my sauces as it did to fill the entire order. The place is busy but staff have good control over it minus a few distracted individuals.
