Terrible experience, don’t know why I keep coming back. Ordered online, got the confirmation email but never the one that it had been placed in the portal. Showed up and found out my pizza had never been made 30mins after it was due!! Asked for a manager and they avoided me, didn’t even apologize and did not compensate me for wasting my time! They ended up giving me an old pizza that wasn’t even what I ordered and was absolutely disgusting.

I placed a large order for my little brothers birthday party. I ordered online through little Cesar’s for delivery. When the pizzas arrived the quality and the presentation was not lacking due to the driver but the place itself. I called in to speak to a manager and she just seemed more upset that she had to deal with a third party app order which is doordash but like i said i ordered online through little Cesar’s and the presentation obviously was not due to the driver because the cuts are even ridiculous. I can understand that maybe placing an order online for delivery can cause a third party situation but for the manager to just say “we dont deal with it just call doordash so they can place you another order” and not even apologize or try to help in anyway shape or form was beyond me. Its sad to see they treat customers like this seeing that most of the clients they have are latinos only Spanish speaking and i wonder if they get the same treatment. This place has potential in business because of the latino community but the manager dosent seem to care.

It’s Little Caesars so, ya know . . . But not bad. Food quality and taste is subjective so it depends on the person, but I like Lil Caesars, especially thin crust.

Horrible place people at the register say they’re the manager but a 16 year old little kid isn’t the manager!!! I tried calling customer service to let them know that they were trying to pocket my change and over-charge me for the pizza!

Ordered a pizza online went and picked it up it was not in the pizza portal drove home open the box and realized it was missing an ingredient. Called the location spoke with the manager and he told me there was nothing he could do. No refund and no accommodation. The manager wanted me to drive all the way back to the store and wait for another Pizza when they’re about to close. Absolutely unacceptable.
