Everytime I DoorDash the pizza box is NEVER secured Just open the dasher could do anything to it we don’t know , then they never follow instructions on the cut we always receive big dang slices , why even give options for the cut then if it’s not being done , the pizza is always so greasy just slips off the top . My breadsticks weren’t full breadsticks yet I paid for them and they took almost an hour to have my order ready, above all they had put my pizza inside the warmer box and completely ignored my child waiting for the food and she tilted my pizza when I had to go ask for it as if she intended to damage it I’m not surprised with the attitude but if you’re gonna be in customer service you could do with a lot less snooty. I’m very upset with this store. Come on D Boyd get better and do better. I still feel very ripped off on top of that my pizza was overly done

Disrespect today lady had the nerve to disrespect her no English speaker customer. And I order a pepperoni pizza and very bad Pizza my pizza is not cut well and more pepperoni on 1 pizza side then it has a pineapple on it. Where did my order say pineapple. Owner needs to fire the maker of the pizzas and the cashier. I couldn’t see her name on her shirt. No name tag either! 7.00 for this. No happy at all and the dough is not cooked well thur bite into it and I notice cheese not melted thin layer of cheese not melted. Big disrespect and a disgusting workers and the ability to work and cooking.

For starters, they messed up on my order and charged me for an extra pizza I did not ask for. I ordered buffalo wings and when upon eating, I saw blood so I decided to check the rest and they were all pink and red and had blood still on it. They did not cook this properly, will not come here again. Eating raw chicken can cause salmonella and eating these wings couldve gone very wrong.

Unfortunately the only location close to me when I’m in a pinch and I dont think there has been a single time in the last few years of me living here that they actually have pizza ready. You can come at any time of day and get hit with a 15 to 20 minute wait.

I ordered a deep dish pepperoni pizza. I picked it up in the portal. When I got home, this is what was in the box. It was not made right, and it looks like the top left part of pizza had been bitten off. Be careful when ordering here. Always check what is inside the pizza box before heading home.

Had a great experience here. went in for a cheese pizza. Had a little wait due to being short staff which was fine but the store could be a little cleaner. Or else definitely would have given 5 starts. Pizza was fresh and delicious.

This was the worst service that I have seen. Wow, they forgot the mushrooms on my pizza and proceeded to add them after my pizza was cooked. Okay, I got home, and to my surprise, there was more than just mushrooms. This was the worst visit ever!
