I would give them place -stars. They have messed my order, every single time I order from here! The workers act like they are too good to help you and won’t even look at you in the face. Young kids to be honest. I have yet to have a good experience! I asked them to double cut it and they didn’t even normal cut it! They just do not care about the food they serve. Shame.

Don’t waste your time coming here as soon as they hit 9pm they don’t serve anything else but pepperoni pizza. They don’t want to work, being lazy. It’s everytime I come here. I started to complain That I was going to call corporate and all of a sudden they could make my pizza. And gave me a dessert for free. A bunch of lazy employees. I’m definitely calling corporate tomorrow.

I ordered a thin crust pizza and this is how it was giving to me! My kids were about to eat this, luckily i caught this! Store said I couldn’t get a refund because i placed the order online. All i was offered was a replacement. How can i trust this place after this, Manager was not there so couldn’t get this sorted out. Do not eat here!! This is terrible and disgusting that this store is selling food that looks like this!

Called in an order before we got into town, had to repeat te order 3 times for 2 large stuffed crust pepperoni pizzas. Estimated time for pickup from 20- 55 minutes. Just… lacking customer service skills, and a sense of time to make a pizza.

Just had a horrible experience. I went to pick up an order for my friend and the girl in the front (Viviana) was so rude. Super nasty attitude. She just threw the pizza on the counter. Didn’t want to respond to my questions. Didn’t even greet me or the other customers. I understand the food industry is stressful but nobody forced her to make that her career.

Normally they have exceptional customer service and good food. I ordered two pizzas, the extra most bestest and three meat trio. Let’s just say the extra most bestest is not topped with extra pepperoni, the worker said they changed the ingredients, yeah ok! What I look like paying extra for a regular pizza NEVER again!

Terrible just terrible this year, they hired a bunch of young teens working there who are incompetent and carefree. And they talk it up in the back and looks like theyre joking and playing around instead of working. I placed an order over the phone and the cashier said “its gonna be a 45 min wait” just for a Deep Deep Dish… So i accepted im aware theyre busy on weekends so i let that slide. But when i arrived he tells me “our system says it’ll be ready in 15 mins” ok cause i was in transit as i ordered. Waited 15 mins and then i go to the cashier and checks and says “our system says it wasnt processed completely” i was furious!! I waited for nothing!! They were offering me a free item while its being made and i just said no!! They waisted my time and gas!! Its not worth it!! This is the second time it happened!! And i remember the cashier!! His name is Lawrence!! Remember it he will lie to you and mess up your orders!!

I placed a phone order at 5p to be ready by 6p. it wasnt ready when I got there at 6p- didnt get it until 620p. Only positive thing was the manager was kind about my complaint and didnt get frustrated back at me like his employee did. Not very good time management on Fridays.
