Slimy pizza. Bought two different pizzas, ate one of them, it was ok, some family members ate two pieces of the second pizza, then the slime was noticed. Upon further inspection we found the second pizza to be very, very slimy; on the top and on the bottom. I took it back to little caesars, they pretty much ignored the problem and offered to remake the pizza (obviously I don’t want a remake, I can’t know if they are using the same spoiled ingredients). I requested a refund for the second pizza and they refused. Be warned of the quality of this place, if you do dare to buy from this place, closely inspect the pizza before eating it. I more than likely will not go back to this place.

Didn’t realize this is a 1 star Little Caesars. No cheap pizza here. Hot and ready is $10. It’s an old pizza too. Look okay, crust is hard, bread hard, cheese is hard. I guess it’s that bad here. Oh it’s 20 minutes wait if you walk in. There are others pizza around.

This Little Caesars Pizza is by far the worse one with consistency and being able to make Crazy Bread. It’s ALWAYS at least a 20 minute wait and even when you order specialty pizzas, they are bad. I have never had a problem with any other Little Caesars, just this one. Such poor quality.

I’m not sure where to bring attention to this issue, so I’ll try here. I placed an order tonight online at Little Caesars here in Chowchilla. I went to get my pizza, the guy working says have a good night, I checked my pizza in the store the mushrooms were completely missing (I ordered extra mushroom, there were none on the pizza) he said, “oh ya we’re out of mushrooms” I said “can I be refunded for the mushrooms then since there’s none on it?” he said, “yes” so while he’s getting the refund I said “can you make sure I get refunded for being charged for Extra mushrooms not just for the regular amount of mushrooms” mid sentence he completely cut me off and said, “you can get a refund without having an attitude.” I 100% did not have an attitude, I tried to tell him to refund for the correct amount.
So, he knew they were out of mushrooms & made the pizza with no mushrooms and didn’t let me, the customer know and was going to let me walk out with a pizza made wrong.
Then he accused me of having an attitude because I tried to tell him to make sure the refund was for the charge of extra mushrooms not just the regular amount of mushrooms.
To be clear, I am not racist, at all. I have family and friends of all colors/races.
The man working tonight, was very unprofessional to accuse me of having an attitude by simply explaining paying for extra vs regular. It truly seemed as though he purposely tried to initiate a problem because I’m white and he’s black? As if he wanted to make me appear racist when I am far from.
His name tag was not visible. The name on the receipt shows Ndem N.

Just wow! Extra cheese just thrown in the center?? When I got it it wasn’t cut either… plus you ran out of ranch and Parmesan???? You were also very slow and had five people in there just goofing off… I’ll never return. Good luck!

Gave me the wrong pizza. Pizza they did give me was old and hard not good. Bread sticks were soggy too. Always double check it order or just go somewhere else. Love paying extra for topings then getting the completely wrong pizza.

absolutely disgusting. this place was filthy and crawling with roaches. i got a large pepperoni pizza the other day and it. was. freezing. hard as a rock by the time i got it. DO NOT GET YOUR PIZZA HERE!!! it’s so unsanitary! i walked in and almost slipped on soda that was spilled on the ground…. and not to mention, the managers there are absolutely unhelpful!! 0/5 stars if i could. ♂️ ♂️ ♂️

Horrible Horrible customer service. I walked in saw two girls working in the back. They clearly had seen I was there, the employees said nothing to me. I walked out and walked back in again to see if they were going to ask for my order, still nothing. No one greeted me or offered any help, so I walk out. I let my fiancée know what happened, he goes in and gets served immediately. Not only that but another woman customer experienced the same thing. Never coming back to this place. Educating your employees on customer service and greetings would be great!

Quality of pizza is always dry and burnt. It’s honestly a hit and miss when we order the deep dish. We’ve now made sure to check the pizza before leaving. Employees are young and it’s seems very unprofessional as far as making sure you get a decent pizza.
