Gave us the wrong pizza, then had to drive back- 15 miles. Only compensated us by giving us a brownie. The pizza we got then only had 8 slices of mushroom on a large. Disappointed and would have rather have just been refunded the money and given the un-touched pizzas back, like we asked. Won’t be returning again.

pizza quality is always sloppy and there are never hot n readys available and the manager just gives excuses for everything. “Not enough business to make hot n readys.” was what the manager said. So im waiting 20 mins staring at the empty “hot n ready zone”

We got ripped off by you. We ordered the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni and you gave us a regular pepperoni pizza. Which is cheaper, which was horrible tasting, do your people cooking the pizzas don’t know how to make the different kinds of pizzas. This is not right. I ordered through the application like I always do get home open the pizza and it’s the wrong one. Then we look at Yelp and you’ve done this to other customers also. SMH… all three locations in palmdale need help.. let’s be honest… another customer waiting in line like me for our pick up order said “hot and not ready!” Yall.. read that agin.. he was not wrong. They are all under staffed. So that sucks for the company, and we should be understanding, but they need to make adjustments to their time frames of when pizzas will be ready.. hire more people and pay them a little more to motivate their staff. These are upgraded locations that now look busted and dirty. Give the staff some low key music to keep them pumped or something.. prices went up an arm and a leg, dominos have better prices now.. probably won’t be coming back to any little Caesar’s again.. every time I give it another chance is just as bad or worse.. sorry to the staff that work here without support..

The hot-and-ready pizzas are NEVER ready and they charge more than the advertised price. it’s better to order what you want, call ahead and pick it up. it seems like they’re only doing the program because it’s an obligation to the franchiser, cause it’s really non-existent at this location. The staff are friendly and relaxed, but they are extremely understaffed and often the line is out the door. As a business owner, i can understand that it’s hard to employ a part-timer for a 2 hour lunch shift, then tell them to go home and come back for dinner rush, but they really need the help. My orders are pretty simple, so i haven’t experienced any errors yet. The pizza is good and the breadstick are AWESOME. i get this every time that we know we’re going to have a long day.

Brian was my cashier/server and was AWESOME! Great personality, appearance, charisma and fun! I asked if it was too late for the thick crust pep pizza w/soda, he said, we serve it all the time now, but it takes 15 minutes. I’ll wait, I replied, but had to use the restroom, so I went to Albertsons and was like 10 minutes and my pizza was ready and I got to pick my soda myself from the fridge in the waiting area. Management has this store in a mess. Usually there are only two employees running the store during peak hours and that always leads to a 30-40 minute back up. There has only been one occasion that my order was ready on time. Right now the front is packed with people who previously ordered.
