Terrible customer service got told it would take 15 mins for a deep dish then proceeded to take 25-30 mins to make it while nobody else was in for about 10-15 mins.
Not only that pizza was already ready just sitting there but nobody wanted to grab it and box it just do random stuff .
Then once they do box it instead of handing it to me after seeing I’m standing there waiting she looks at me and sets it down and says order ready and waits for someone else to grab it .
It’s always been crappy there but man it just gets worse and worse each time Just ready to travel I little bit farther for better service

After a long day of work I decided to go and please my wife because she was craving a Hawaiian pizza from Little Caesar’s. And when I got to this location which by the way not my favorite (the best one being in Orcutt) they were closed so I had no other choice but then to go to this location. I looked online prior to my visit and their hours said 9:00 A.M. to 10:30 P.M. but when I arrived it was 9:40 P.M. and I asked him if I could have a Hawaiian pizza and they proceeded to tell me that they no longer made them at that hour and they only made pepperoni. Because they already “cleaned” everything and they were not planning on dirtying anything. This does NOT make any sense because it was an hour before they closed. I spoke with two managers and they were very unprofessional (and by the way one of them had hickeys all over their neck) which I believe makes the company look bad. I do NOT recommend this place and if you plan on getting pizza from here try to avoid this location at all costs.

My husband went for a in for a pizza & when he got home we realized they complete messed it up. I went in & asked for a refund but the cashier did not want to get the manager. They said I had already took it out the door!! DUHHH ! I ended up having to keep the pizza. Very unprofessional.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and let me tell you it has not changed one bit. Front staff are rude and I always have an issue with my order. A simple pizza can not be done. No sense of customer service.

I’ve always had a good experience here, and the people who say they’ve found gum on there boxes, are immatures and liars. I say this because never in my years of coming here, have I received a “piece of chewed gum” on my pizza box. I guarantee you this. The cashiers are nice and I’ve always left a tip for there service. Food is great and affordable. The only problem is the atmosphere, the homeless sometimes asking for handouts. Other than that, everything else is great.

I recently placed an order for a pizza and wings and the driver apparently made off with my order!! I told the driver to come to a shipper building called California Giant since I’m in a semi truck, gave her specific instructions where to go to hand it to me but instead she made off with my order!! Then I get on the phone with little Caesar’s about my order, explained my situation and they wanted me to pay for another order!! I told them screw that the driver messed up I need my order redone and sent by another driver not my money back but they wouldn’t even do that! That’s the last time I order for delivery thru little Caesar’s, that was a total screw up on their part.
