So disappointed the “Extra” pizzas were mediocre at best…Paid more (extra…) got less. 5 bucks is 10 bucks now and it got worse! And they ask for tips for taking the order!!!
Never again. Will be outta business by the end of 2026!

They NEVER ANSWER, literally every single time I try to call because their online ordering system is completely broken, they DONT PICK UP horrible customer service leaving people on hold and ignoring calls. It let me and order, them immediately canceled said order and I can’t contact anybody from this store.

This place not only makes your food taste like cardboard but there is a high level of homeless people that hang out in the front. At night there are people screaming in the parking lot and makes it frightening to go there. Inside the place is cramped and there is only one entrance door and the same door is used to exit so it can get congested during the busiest times 5pm- 8pm. When you come in you are greeted with staff that don’t seem like they like there job and often times they ignore you. The pizza portals which are meant to make it faster to get your food are often broken and you food is most likely in the broken portal. This place needs a new location and new staff.

I was denied service with my ESA dog. I simply ordered online and wanted to pick up. I could not just walk in pay and grab the already made pizza and be home. I’ll be complaining further. This is ridiculous.

I had to update My review because I used to get Great Service and Delicious Pizza but Lately I have been getting Pizza that hardly has any toppings especially when it comes to the cheese also I get the big air bubbles on several pieces. They need to do better. I hope it improves. I’ve always have liked LC.

As a product, I think Little Ceasars makes the best chain pizza. HOWEVER! For the past 3ish months, every pizza we’ve received as been simply burnt. We ordered 6 pizzas for a party this weekend, and only 2 didn’t have massive burnt sections. The dough isn’t even always cooked through, the top is just burnt. PLEASE just turn the ovens down. The pizza used to be 9/10, right now it’s consistently 2/10.

The pizzas are not made like they use to be. Definitely low quality. And the people that work here look like they all hate there job and don’t care about customers. Going to this store now is like pulling teeth I’ll only go if I absolutely have to. I miss the way they use to be.
