Needed more help at registers. Detroit special supposed to run 4pm-8pm before 5pm they ran out. Online orders were still accepted but when came in needed to substitute since none. Cashier not friendly could have an attitude at times. She was the only one up there for a bit. 40 min wait for walk in orders.

Ordered on app at 6pm and they prioritized walk ins. Was there at 6:34pm and that’s when they started my order. I got my order at 6:57pm and order was wrong. Ordered pretzel crust and got regular, employee argued with me stating it was pretzel when it wasn’t. Didn’t even get the cheese sauce. Horrible service at this location tonight.

I totally understand you guys are busy but yesterday being Halloween it was busier and understandable that it’s gonna take awhile but what’s unacceptable is that you gotta wait up an hour for an order you did online they had already send me the email it was ready and I had to still wait in line 1 or more it wasn’t only me it was alot more ppl then the cashier’s were rude

Don’t matter if I order ahead of time to pick up through kiosk or wait to order in person. They’re always behind. I always end up waiting around 30/40 min. They never have hot n ready. Their attitudes arnt any better. If you order in person they will give what they have coming out to whoever is walking in and not to the people who have been waiting till after. Also this is the second time my pizza taste undercooked. It’s the closest one I have to me but from now on ima have to drive a little further to see if I can get a decent pizza and service.

The employees were extremely slow, and the wait time was unacceptable—over an hour for a simple order! Even during a busy period, this is excessive. The staff seemed disorganized, and there was no communication about delays. I expected quick service, especially for a “Hot-N-Ready” pizza, but left frustrated. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I have been coming here for a long time they have always been friendly even if the line to wait is long they are fast, food always looked good usually get a cheese pizza today I got a combination pizza and I was a little disappointed and I had to return the stuff garlic bread cuz they burned it and the guy didn’t look happy I returned it and got regular bread he is usually friendly so I hope he was just having a a bad day I get the jalapeno dip sauce bawm you can order online and just pick up too.

This restaurant has officially re opened Just Today they opened at 10 am!!! They were closed far too long. I’m not sure as to why they closed but hopefully it was not due to any uninvited guests if you know what I mean. Anyway, let’s see what type of restaurant rating they will have after the first month and then I will make my decision as to visit again or not. I will keep you all posted.

I’m giving this five star rating because they did their absolute best to get my order out as soon as possible. They were super busy and still had a positive attitude about it .. Thank you so much.I appreciate you guys . All these people putting bad reviews about the wait. Time like you need to understand this is a fast food and sometimes they get backed up .
