I wanna make sure someone gets recognized and that someone is named Kevin. Went above and beyond will be going back because of Kevin. He did something he didn’t have to but, yet he did. He deserves a raise, up a position, or a free meal! I somewhat heard and seen that he was told he can’t be doing that and sent to the back. Not sure if he got in trouble or not. If he did he deserves better treatment. The one who needs to get in trouble is the ones who leaves their station just to talk to people or customers. This the environment and company I wanna work for and with people like Kevin. Karma will come back but, good karma and hope you get a lot of blessings in the future. I’ll never forget that nothing like that has ever happened in seven eight years. I felt good me and my family including Kevin was able to bless someone in need. Looking forward to cross each other again. Stay blessed Kevin! ❤️ Go to the Little Caesars on Noble they go above and beyond the company itself but, mainly Kevin.

Service was quick. I walked in, waited about a minute while they finished organizing the pizza sauce containers, ordered the regular large and was not disappointed. The pizza was made just right, and the staff was courteous. Some Little Cesar’s are hit or miss but this one didn’t miss.

Once I got home home there was no STUFFED Crust in the pretzel pizza with a total of 7 items come on guys can you proof read what you guys give out instead of rushing to get customers out. I always vetted stuffed crust…… pretty let down with little ceasers… first time trying it and really wish I got What I PAID FOR…….. And 30 minute drive back is not worth it…. taste is good from deep dish and wings

How do you walk in for a “Hot and Ready pizza” and the rude staff says it’s going to take an hour??? What’s the point of Hot and Ready if it’s not ready for an hour… So I drove across town to Little Ceasars on Caldwell and I got service with a beautiful smile and they had 2 Hot and Ready”s, 2 specialty pizza’s and 2 crazy breads in 20 minutes… Thank you Little Ceasars on Caldwell…

Spent 40$ for them to try and charge a 1$ per ranch. I would get a smaller order that’s more understandable, but after spending 40 not 1! Ranch . On top of that my order wasn’t even proper. Why even send me a notification that it’s ready.

I ordered online a little before 4 PM and it said it would be ready between 4:12-4:16. My son was getting a haircut next door so when I went to pick it up at 4:38, the order was not ready. People in front and behind me in line were getting their orders before me, even though I ordered online. I ended up cancelling. I’m pretty my order was given to someone else, because last time we ordered they gave us the wrong order. Horrible customer service, too. I get that it was busy, but it shouldn’t have taken 40 minutes to make my pizza. They have the pizza portals which they no longer use. It used to be so much more convenient. They really screwed people over by not using it

Came in @ 10:38 to order some puffs to go and after making us wait for 10 mins at the counter, manger told employee to tell us that they don’t have anything to make for us because they wanna close early. Employee told me they would not make me an order of breadsticks and puffs because it was too much work and they didn’t want to clean everything again. I was astonished and disappointed. What excellent customer service. My wife called the phone as well and we watched the manger answer and hang up the phone multiple times. They need to fix management fast if they are closing 25 mins early and denying money from customers.
