I’m not sure if there was miscommunication involved within the team in the store, The manager was nice, but the lady who answered the Phone in the beginning was a little rude. I asked for a crazy crust with an old world pepperoni. When I got there, the lady who answered the phone in the beginning, Tried to say there’s something about it in the beginning then I showed her the crust. She didn’t really seem too happy about it. And she needs to have a little bit Better attitude if it’s gonna be a mistake on her part. She took it gave me back the pizza and didn’t say a word. Do better

Significantly slower than wasco, ca location. And for whatever reason they were not utilizing the pizza portal so I had to wait in a lengthy line to pick up my order rather than go in and out like I would most other little ceaser locations.

Went down two stars, the service is very slow even though you order ahead 20 mins. Have to wait another 10+ for your order under the heat lamp. Cheese pizza is still very oily, leaks everywhere. Worst little Caesars anywhere in California and the manager and staff don’t care. My last review was 3 stars and poor, but no one cared. Long wait time after ordering: the whole staff is in back just laughing and talking. Shafter California has the worst fastfood service. I lived up and down Cali, Oregon and Nevada doing reviews.

Pretty standard Little Caesars. Their prices are higher as they are independently owned and one of the few pizza chains in town. Mixed experiences with them. If your order is complicated it can take a while and they will give ready pizzas to customers in front of you so you have to wait longer. But they have done really well if you order ahead for big orders like ten or more pepperoni pizzas. They will have it ready early or pretty fast. Other items on the menu can be pretty good. Solid pizza option in town. No interior dining. They have a drive through window for preorder pickups. I’d recommend ordering ahead by phone or app. I’ve gone here for over five years now.

I have never received good customer service. Today at 1:00 I placed an order for pickup at 7:00. Total of 6 pizzas. I asked if I placed the order now, can I pick them up at 7:00. I hot there at 7:00 and they hadn’t even started the order. Another time I was in there and the employees were throwing around cuss words not carrying about customers, some children. Do not go there and expect any kind of customer service.

Ordered a pizza online after seeing how busy the place was, about a 35 minute wait, sure they’re busy, no biggie its understandable. 35-40 minutes later we finally get the email, my order is ready to be picked up, great! I get there, the place is no longer busy. And we still have to wait another 10 minutes for the wings to be done? We only ordered a regular 8 dollar pizza with breadsticks and wings. I understand they were busy, but why inform me my items are done? I’d give them less stars but the pizza, though late was well made.
