Normally decent, today bad enough for a review. Walk in at 8:45, still standing there with no service and no line at 8:50. Have to step half into the kitchen to get acknowledged. Just wanted a hot and ready pepperoni. Asked if I want to wait 20-25 minutes for a single pizza. Walked out along with the person that walked in after me. Isn’t hot and ready the whole business model?

It’s to pizza to go, so the limited parking isn’t a bother. The lobby is a bit cramped, but you won’t be waiting very long in there.

Communication was poor and service wasn’t that great… I ordered a pizza and went to pick it up after I got the message it was ready and by the the time I got to the front of the line and paid the cashier just walked away – she didn’t tell me she was going to prepare it or that they were waiting on something either. After 15 or so minutes she came back with my food but this was the same with everyone that was in front of me in line as well, the customers behind me were actively saying how frustrated they were seeing as they all had pick ups as well. It was overall just disappointing

Pizza is decent quality and never in the self-service portal anymore, so the former convenience of picking up quickly is gone and the portal system is wasted space and investment for this location, at least.

Little Caesars is The Worst! Just hope they get your order right the first time! If you outsource your delivery to DoorDash, then you own their mistakes Little Caesars. After paying +$10 extra for the wrong delivery and 30 mins on the phone, I had to go pick it up myself anyway. 2hrs to finally get pizza…well done guys!!! Well done!

The guy was nice, but the pizza and crazy bread were under done. I had to put in oven at home

Worst location ever. There are consistent issues every time here. So few options in Moorpark is the only reason we still come. They are just putting in an order that was supposed to be ready now. Just to show up to an empty store, it’s not like they were busy, just don’t care.

Slow AF. This is basically the fast food of pizza… Which, you would think you could get the food a little faster… But literally, I could go milk my own cow, pick the tomatoes to make the sauce, bake my own bread and make the cheese from the milk faster than I can pick up a to go order from this place. Whoever owns it isn’t putting enough people on the schedule (I’m sure it’s an extremely frugal millionaire). Also, if you are a doordasher, this place is, hands down, the worst place to pick up an order. On average you’ll stand around for at least a minimum of 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you’re in the building.
