They never have hot and ready pizza any more. Its always a 30-45 min wait. Last time people were waiting over 90 minutes for pizza. Absolutely horrible location. Its been months and my kids have been asking for pizza but we do pizza on nights were short on time. But this place takes twice as long as other standard pizza places.

Undercooked and incorrect order
Order delivery through the Little Cesars app which I had used many times in the past.
My order was incorrect, I had ordered what was on the receipt (mushroom and jalapeño). One of the pizzas was completely incorrect.
We called Little Cesars to try to get a refund but they didn’t want to refund the pizza. They only wanted to do store credit.
They blamed the delivery man but that doesn’t make sense to me, it sounds like a lie. Then when we asked for the number to corporate they gave us the wrong number it was an internal employee helpline (human resources).
Later we realized the pizza was undercooked. I threw it out since I didn’t want to get food poisoning. You can see the dough is undercooked and the dough sticks to the box.
We contacted support and have not received an email back.
I will not be supporting Little Cesars anymore.
I wasn’t going to complain but my partner was really upset and we spent good money on the order. We ended up going to Valentinos Pizza which is also nearby.

On the weekends the employees after 9pm only take cash for some wear reason. I saw a cashier take 20$ and put it on his pocket he told us the credit card machine was down but i honestly I doubt it luckily I had cash. On 08/0/25 between 9:50 and 10:20 if you are the store owner please check the camaras and you will see whar I am taking about. I typically order online for this reason. If you order at the store at times if you order in person they say it would take 2 hours to get a pizza. I typically orders online but I see people walking out complaint about the wait time so they rather leave. I have heard the employees say ” keep telling that so we don’t have to work” very poor customer service and bad attitude

I ordered 3 pizzas scheduled at 5:45, but knowing that they are always late with pizzas, I came to pick it up at 6. It still wasn’t ready! They forgot about it, and I had to wait until 6:15 for a pizza that was supposed to be due at 5:45.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered delivery.. didn’t come with sauce. Called to inquire and the guy was extremely rude. He tried to blame the driver saying they never grabbed the sauce, but look at my picture, it shows 2/2 items “in the bag” when that’s not the reality. I cannot blame the third-party service they use for delivery.

Food received – the pizza was assembled to order but lacked cooking time to cook the dough. I had to spend 10 min to cook the dough.
Order received – the Buffalo Wings were sauceless meaning no sauce at all.
Conclusion – I will not order from this Little Caesars again. Paid $34.00 and I could have gotten steak from some restaurants for that money. Lesson learned!

I use Little Caesars specifically for the portal. I have no time or patience for long lines. This is the third time that I’ve been instructed to pick up my order at the counter. Multiple people ahead of me. Even though I’ve already ordered and paid, I had to sit there and wait in line. I’m over it. If the portal isn’t working, they need to add a pop up on the website. I would not order if I knew I was going to have to wait.

This little Caesars chain has been the absolute best! It’s my ultimate go to place for quality pizza and service. I would like to point out I ordered from there today and for the first time one of my pizzas was missing one of the ingredients I had ordered online. I went back to get this corrected and was attended by Daniel. He was professional and courteous and corrected the situation immediately. Not only did he and his fellow crew rectify the situation, but they made sure to keep this customer coming back for years to come. Well done you guys.

Waited over 15mins for 2 pepperonis and some bread sticks about 4 other people came after me and got pepperonis right away. When I did finally get mine (only because I reminded them) they weren’t cut all the way through or cooked long enough. Definitely worth spending a bit more else were.
