Talk to Sergio the (Manager) told him about my pizza that had a hair seemed like (eyelash) it was small enough and went back to return it and they didn’t believe me… I opened the pizza box infront of them and they couldn’t find it! My error was that my father went to go and show them and he didnt bring his glasses… I have prove! Hate thw fact that they didnt belive me! U think im gonna be waisting my time and going very unprofessional the lady that I spoke to over the phone as well! Dont go if u do t want to end with a hair on your pizza and them calling u a dmn liar for it! Last time I go there!

It’s Little Caesars… You know what you’re getting when you get Little Caesars… Let’s face it… They have built a business on cheap pizza, fast. The real winner here… They BEAT Dominos Pizza across the street with service, price, taste and value!! The new Crazy Puffs were not bad at all… Pretty dang tasty for $4… A buck a puff. The pizza we got this time was the Old World Pep… I mean.. Looking at it shows you, not bad at all compared to a pizza taken during a photo shoot on their website… Good amount of pepperoni.. The cheese was a bit on the low amount side of things… But the flavor was there… All of this and they were super busy! GREAT job staff keeping up with folks and staying happy… You kicked Dominos to the curb on that one!! Over all…. Spending less than $18 and getting better quality pizza than expected… Win Win!

it’s about as good as it gets for a Little Caesars Pizza store. pretty small but gets the job done. i used the mobile order and a T-Mobile Tuesday coupon to get the Thin Crust Pepperoni Pizza for $4 !!! i payed online, went into the portable mobile pickup vending machine thing, inserted my code and got my pizza, as simple and efficient as it gets there were 2 other people waiting in line and they kept staring at me because i took 20 seconds to do that and i guess they thought that vending machine was just for looks. the Thin Crust Pepperoni pizza was good for what it is, id say i probably ate 80% and was still hungry but i did share it so i couldn’t eat all of it but i would’ve definitely been able to eat it all.

Little Caesars on Chapman Avenue is my go-to spot for delicious pizza! The convenience of their pizza pick-up option is unbeatable. It’s incredibly convenient to swing by, grab my order, and be on my way. I wish all other pizza places offered the same hassle-free experience. Plus, their pizza never disappoints! The crust is always perfectly crispy, the sauce is flavorful, and the toppings are generous. Little Caesars has definitely earned a loyal customer in me with their fantastic service and consistently tasty pizzas. Highly recommended!

The manager working today at the little Caesars store on Chapman and haster in Garden Grove, is extremely rude and this store has messed up my order the last three times I’ve gotten pizza from them. Today is Sunday 9/14/25. At 4:45pm I don’t know her name because she won’t come out from the back but she is extremely rude and doesn’t take accountability for her mess ups. She is a younger Hispanic woman with glasses. I’ve never had a problem with this store before!

My pizza literally came with NO sauce AND NO cheese.
This location already had terrible service and the only thing that was saving them was their pizza. After this, I am definitely not returning here.

I haven’t had Little Caesars in close to two decades and was jonesing for some pizza. After looking over the local options I figured what the heck and gave Little Caesars a shot. Happy I did.
Online ordering was a snap, and with the specials and a coupon for a make your own pizza, the two pies came out at a great price.
The online order tracker let me see how the order was progressing and when I should leave to pick up my order.
After arriving at the store, pickup was a snap. Entered the code and got the pizzas out of the heated pickup box.
Got home and was happy to see the pizzas looked great. Tasted good and lasted a few days with leftovers. Sure, there are better pizzas out there too be had, but for the price you get a lot of value with Little Caesars. I will be back for more to be sure.

Fast pizza, out the door very quickly. Tried to charge me 2 bucks for a side of jalapenos…..umm ..no thanks. Floor had straws and napkins all over. There are others not quite as messy and more polite.
