Please don’t order from this Little Caesars they couldn’t even help me refund $12 for my pizza and soda. I accidentally ordered from the wrong location, so I called the location to refund my order. I live all the way, in Long Beach, but I work in Orange County. so I forgot To change the delivery location. The manager was trying to avoid me and was not willing to help. if you live in Garden Grove go to another location so you can get better support and customer service from a better manager. Thank You!

I picked up an order for my customer here. It was super super slow! I arrived at 20:30 PM (Sunday, 10/19/2025) and the staff told me that my order was being processed at that moment… I had waited for like 20mins until she brought out 2 pizzas and told me the pizzas needed adding sth else and asked me to wait some 10-15mins more??? How crazy was that??? I was paid only $3.45 for that order and they had me waited for half an hour ??? No, cancelled (and I’m not gonna be paid for that waiting time, cancelled and got no bucks). Pls train your staff to TELL THE CUSTOMERS / DRIVERS THE ESTIMATED TIME AT THE BEGINNING !!!!!!!!

Horrible horrible experience. Came home to open the box and I find the pizza raw and undercooked. I go back to get it remade and this is what I get . More undercooked and no cheese in the middle. Didnt rise at all.You can taste the flour and its so tough.The dough is either bad or there not doing something right . Had to throw this away. Just wasted 12 dollars. Last time I come to this location . They lost a good customer and will be passing the word. Hope we dont get sick from the bites we took.The workers should be FIRED!!!!!!!

They gave me the wrong pizzas. I called to let them know and no apology offered. Instead they wanted me to drive back 20 mins to their shop with the wrong pizzas. I ordered one pepperoni and one cheese, how hard is that to get right? No refund offered either. Trash establishment.

Terrible service. I order on the mobile app got there about 20 min later and it was barely being made. Then they messed up made the wrong one so they thought it be fine giving me a 2nd one. Neither was correct and both didn’t have pizza sauce. Then I call to complain and the guy was like well let me get my manager and as he explaining to them what wrong he tells them this fool on the phone… that totally unprofessional and I never was given the chance to talk to who in charge all he said was call on Tuesday. I WILL NEVER GO BACK
