I have not had Litter Caesar’s in7 months and I was reminded why today. I had ordered a half sasuage – half bacon pizza but somehow they messed up and put both toppings over the entire pizza. I pointed this out and they started making another pizza. I had to ask them to put my breadsticks back in the warmer. When I finally got home and started eating my pizza, the slices kept tearing and the center of the pizza felt and tasted undercooked. The crazy bread was dry and flat. I’m definitely done with getting pizza from little Caesars. I’ve had the same issues from other locations but this experience has made it clear that Little Caesars as a whole just doesn’t care about the quality of its food or it’s service.

Placed an order for 2 pizzas and Buffalo wings to be delivered and didn’t received the Buffalo wings. Called them to notified them I was missing an item they kept hanging my call!!!! Then finally they answered and transferred my call and I waited forever!!!!! Never got a response!!!!!!!! Never ordering from them again super bad service!!!

I bought two large pepperoni pizza in this place, the workers in this area were busy playing games while working that’s why they forgot to slice the pizza I bought . Hope they should give more attention to customer than playing games .

Hot when they feel like it pizza, served with bonus attitude. Went at night to the counter to order. After being ignored 5mins I politely asked around back if someone could take my order. No answer, until I clearly heard the employees snickering about my order wait? They including the night Manager were making it an issue that none of them where taking my order. I’ve worked restaurant, I asked respectfully and yet they are the ones who are disrespectful? Don’t know what drugs night crew are taking but I don’t suggest going here. If they don’t care about taking orders, how is the cleanliness and quality of the food here? Would not eat a free pizza from this place if I was paid to do it. Corperate is a dead end they are franchised so its a loop of the local owner discussing with the night manager. Um, good luck having that change. The owner or main manager is the one who doesn’t have this place staffed correctly. Don’t believe me? See any Hot n Ready pizzas? Nope? Well? Recommend Round Table 14$ buffet TUE night all you can eat. Pizza pizza? This Little Caesars is more like puke puke.

Whoever is working the night shift 10/10/2021 at 9:40pm PST 110% NEEDS to be FIRED!!!! Hung up on my phone 3x in a row. They are killing business at this establishment and I definitely feel this is not a well representation of little caesars. Matter of fact I just typed this while they’re still open because that person wants to not pick up my call hope everybody will steer clear of this place just to make an example until they do something about it. Or perhaps just to be on the safe side if it’s around 9 p.m. or 9:30 p.m. or after just call them and see if they hang up on you or not you might have a better experience than I did!!!

After I attempted to locate my portal pizza code after buying two pizzas online, I happily called the store to try to find with offering all of my information. “Dale” was at a loss as was the manager on duty so they put me on hold for 10 mins hearing other successful transactions from customers and instead of returning to the phone to help me (my family was waiting in the card out front for the code) I could hear them laughing. Dale then said “wow they’ve been on hold for 10 mins. Should I just hang up? *laughter*” and the line went dead. I never got the pizzas I indeed paid for!! They have been snarky and rude EVERY time we’ve gone in there as the reviews on Yelp show. I called back and the manager had no clue. Never ever again Little Caesars. Never again.
