Placed an order for my children’s classroom to have pizza and my order was canceled without notification since the store was closed. We placed the order the night before so it would be set for the following day at 11AM. I was notified around 11AM by the school that the pizzas did not arrive. I spent over 20+ minutes waiting on hold for someone to pick up the phone at Little Caesars. I placed a new order on their website but the time was estimated to be 45+ minutes for delivery and this was already around 11:45AM so it would show up until 12:30PM. I decided to use a closer pizza shop that can deliver the pizzas within 15 minutes and placed an order there. I called Little Caesars back and was finally able to get a person on the phone and was told I cannot cancel my order at this time. I tried to cancel within 10 minutes of placing it. Needless to say, since I can’t trust orders being placed and not canceled, can’t get someone on the phone when needed and cannot cancel an order I just placed, I will not be using Little Caesars going forward. I rather pay more money and get it right with the service than have this happen to my children and their classmates.

I arrive before my estimated pickup time. But I ended up getting my pizza after 25 minutes. The register keeps malfunctioning. They don’t have a change for $50, which it wasn’t stated on their website that they don’t accept cash more than $50. I can literally count how many veggies, esp green peppers, are in my ultimate supreme pizza. It’s not appetizing at all. Service was too slow.

False advertisement on the old world fancironi almost every time. Real life product has less than half the pepperoni as what is shown in picture on commercial and in the app. When asked, management always states that it is corporate that mandates the amount to be used even though it doesnt fill the pizza like in pictures.

Been here several times in the past month and it’s consistently awful. Service is extremely slow, employees move with no urgency, and customers are left waiting in the lobby far too long. You have to ask for everything, even napkins. This location feels disorganized and lazy.

Went in to order a hot and ready pizza and they took 10 minutes to tell me they had a 30 minute wait time for a few pizzas. They need to remove the hot and ready because it’s a total lie.

It was busy when I ordered at the counter and I was told it would take 30 minutes for my hot and ready pizza to cook. After 60 minutes, I finally realized that the pizzas were done, but they were just sitting in the cabinet. The place was full of people waiting for their food and nobody at the counter was pulling the finished pizzas out of the cabinet and letting people know they were done. The pizza was probably done after 30 minutes, but by the time I was told it was ready it was cold. So I waited 60 minutes for a cold pizza! And all those people were waiting that whole time as well. When I told the lady behind the counter that my pizza was cold, she just glared at me. Then when I saw my pizza, it was missing cheese in a large area. What a waste of time and money!

Waited 40 mins at the place when I called in advance, after being told it would be about 15 mins. Bought 2 large pretzel crust stuffed pizzas specifically with marinara sauce. Brought it home, to discover the pizzas had no marinara sauce. Called the store to inform them of the mistake and young girl basically said that’s what we ordered and we made the mistake, but agreed to place the correct order. Upon arrival, no one was at the front, no one attended. Manager came up and basically said they were backed up in orders, gave us 3 marinara sauces and said she would give us a free pizza for next time. Mind you, it was all verbal, no coupon or anything. Please do better with customer service. We’ve been regular customers who order the same pizzas each time. First time ever we ate dissatisfied with the quality and service.
