Little Caesars Pizza is decent overall. The pizza isn’t amazing, but it’s not bad either, it’s pretty average and does the job when you need something quick and affordable.
My main issue is with the “Hot and Ready” pizzas. They’re rarely actually ready. Almost every time I go in, I’m told it’ll be a 15–20 minute wait, which kind of defeats the purpose of calling it hot and ready.
Also, if you order Crazy Bread, make sure you ask for the marinara sauce, it’s not automatically included.
Not a bad spot, just a few things that could be improved to make the experience smoother.

I ordered a pizza online today. They called and had the wrong address and returned the pizza back to the store. I called customer service and he told me that they would refund me (which I didn’t expect) and remake it and deliver within 20 minutes. I waited for 45 minutes and they never came. I called back and was told that there was no order for another pizza.
My son is out of school today and kept asking me for his pizza.
I’m very disappointed with their lack of service and lying to me.
We ended up ordering from Dominos Pizza.

It’s Little Caesars. It’s what you expect. However I’ve been here a few times, and yea… Subpar.. even for a Little Caesars. My orders always have issues, whether being cooked wrong or wrong all together. Maybe bad luck, but it’s enough for me to not come back.
For reference, here’s a pizza I got where the pepperoni should not be there, and the other toppings are just thrown on and lacking… And it’s the wrong crust..

This is a basic little Caesar’s. So it’s 5 stars for what it is. The pizza used to be bad at this specific location but it’s been way better recently. I always order ahead and do the contactless pick up through the app.

Never had any issues here and pizza always tastes great. I always make sure to call ahead and order that way I get a nice hot fresh pizza. Staff was friendly and promptly assisted me and other customers. Currently they only allow 3 guests inside the store and everyone must wear a face mask. The hours have been also adjusted due to C-19/holidays. I will keep coming back here because I’ve always loved little Caesars pizza and this place has always treated me good.

Just ordered the crazy crust pizza as you can see in the pic. You can also see that I didn’t receive what I paid for and was still charged the amount. Good luck finding the non existent human resources. Look at all the service failures on the reviews for this store and notice ihow it continues to operate consequence free.

I picked up a hot n ready large pepperoni. The pizza was very small and it was thin crust. It was flat. Then the breadsticks I ordered were flat like a think crust pizza and skinny. Like the size of my thumb. I will NOT ever go back.

Walked in on a Sunday night, and was told it would be 20-30 min. For 3 bags of crazy bread. Stupid me, buys some anyway. Waited 45 minutes. Watched as the guy ahead of us had his pizzas given away. He waited longer than I. Got my bread. Had black specks all over in one bag. Another was way too browned, and the third was ok. I asked the cook what the specks were, and he said…I dunno….uh…pepper? He asked me what I wanted to do, and I told him I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for breadsticks, and left.

Was waiting in line for 5 minutes, and when I got to the register at 8:45, the cashier told me that they stop taking orders 15 min before they closed, which is at 9. Find it pretty rediculous that even though I was in line while they dealt with another disappointed customer, they didn’t take my order .
