I constantly get my orders wrong. Usually they forget to add stuff crust or an ingredient I pay extra for. But today was just the worst. First they didn’t have our order ready cause it was given to someone else! I get it it’s busy. we waited in line to get the food to be told they gave it to someone else. We wait 20 minutes. We get in line again (mind you it’s full so we’re outside making line). They hand my son the pizza to realize they gave us the wrong order. Again I wait in line to tell them how ridiculous this is. The lady behind me had been waiting an hour cause hers was given to someone else. Another worker didn’t charge a customer although he asked if it was paid. She said yes and then realized he hadn’t paid. They’re distracted and their very busy. I wouldn’t have cared but all these mistakes at once it’s obvious they need to get better training. I asked for a refund cause I wasn’t about to wait another 30 minutes to get the right order. I have kids waiting to eat and all of this without an apology or anything. If it had been two hot and ready pizzas I wouldn’t have minded but I paid $30 for stuffed crust I wasn’t taking two 5.99 pizzas (which was what they were giving me). I’m so over this location.

Went in on 2/21 around 10:30 pm and waited an insane amount of time for 3 things. Once the food was given to me I noticed the wings were DRY and asked Daira to please put more sauce. She proceeded to say it was enough and that if i wanted it more that she was gonna have to charge me. I’ve asked for more sauce in the past and have never been charged.DAIRA was very rude and had a nasty face the whole time I was waiting for food.

I tried to give you guys a chance. I have ordered multiple times and you still bring me the wrong pizza. And underbaked breadsticks. Like what the heck. So unprofessional! Stop sending the wrong pizza! I’m definitely done ordering from you guys. I ordered “crazy crust” and you still send a beat up old pizza. Smh this shows me that you can care less about the customer and more about making money!!!!! I hope everyone just stop buying crap from you guys.

When you order delivery you sacrifice quality to the core.
They don’t even cut it or distribute the ingredients properly. I blame management for not ensuring quality assurance. Whoever did this hates their job and shouldn’t be there.

12567$2 order number 12/6/2025. Ordered at noon time for a 5:30pm delivery. $82.29 Total. Spoke to Melody on 12/6 who said “So sorry, the store gave your order to the wrong driver. 3 drivers have tried to collect your order, but the store is to busy so they can’t make your order. We will refund your money. I’m still waiting for my refund. Melody said this morning 12/16 that I must wait 16 days for my refund from 12/6. Business days which will be in January. I literally counted the days with her show that 16 business days is 12/30. Apparently counting correctly is not a required skill to work in customer service. As well as not having a number for Little Ceasars customer service. Since Melody is only a delivery support person and Little Ceasars doesn’t have a proper Customer service Center. Just return my money since you have no desire to support your customers.

I’m not happy. 1 pizza got burnt slightly, but the other was good.
If it was up to me, I would recommend staying away from the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza from this location. This has not been the 1st time they messed up this one pizza for me

Anytime I order a classic pepperoni pizza, it comes out different every single time I order it good or bad. There’s always a huge amount of people and only 2 workers in the front. Even though my order is to pickup a single classic pepperoni, either the worker doesn’t understand my name, or can’t find it despite finding other people’s pickups with ease. That or they make you wait 5 to 10 more minutes saying it’s still being made despite the fact it was expected to be ready 10 minutes before hand.

Tonight is 8/28/24 and I went to pick up my online order my bread was ice cold they just dumped a bunch of unmelted butter on it and my pizza puffs was over cooked the workers were to busy playing around they was over cooking a lot of pizzas I seen it with my own eyes I was my pizza puffs would not be the same I’m so disappointed in the service I had to write this review and I took pictures of my food I should not as a customer have to come home after paying a business and cook my crazy bread in my oven

Not recommending this place anymore as it has recently been experiencing a noticeable decline in quality. The place is starting to have it’s downfall. The overall experience has been compromised, specifically regarding the lack of sauce on their pizzas, improper pizza slicing, pizzas crust is just unsettling, and just fails to satisfy one’s appetite. It’s like the workers just got lazy, you should at least try, you know ‍♂️? Not just give up and just make some unsatisfying pizza.
