I never knew you could have to wait so long for un-fresh food. I ordered online and pick up in store, my food wasn’t ready yet. So I waited extra time for my cheese bread and pizza to finish. My Cheese bread was fresh and my pizza had been sitting there. Meanwhile fresh pizza was being made…..

I don’t usually write reviews, but the employees at this Little Caesars made this experience terrible. The staff were rude, unorganized, and seemed like they didn’t want to be there at all. I waited over 20 minutes for a “Hot-N-Ready” pizza while the workers stood around chatting and ignoring customers. When I finally asked about my order, one of them rolled their eyes and acted like I was bothering them. The place wasn’t even busy, but it still felt chaotic. No greeting, no thank you, just attitude. Definitely not coming back—there are plenty of other places that actually care about customer service. My order then also had a swastika symbol. This felt like a threat since I am jewish.

I have always loved Little Caesars. They’ve usually been great. I have not had many orders from this new little caesars, but never have I ever had a Little Caesars not willing to do right by their customer. Placed an order online which their earliest pick up time is 11 am for some reason even though they open at 10. I was there when they just opened to see if they can get started before on the order and refused to do so, they said that’s just how the app works even when its THEIR app. I had redeemed a code for a free crazy combo and still refused to even give me a voucher for that after it being used. Now I have to wait for my refund because I had to go since I had an uber waiting on me. I am very disappointed at this location and the manager there. They aren’t there for the customers. I have never had this experience at others or the one on Limonite. Might just have to start going there instead again. They always left me vouchers for when they’ve made mistakes. I’d put 0 stars, but no option.

Online order at 5:15pm Wednesday for 5:45 pick up. Arrive at 5:45 and they tell me they haven’t even started it yet. It’s not ready till 6:25pm…40 minutes later.

They were clearly understaffed and in over their head. There was a line of maybe 10 or so people waiting to talk to some one, anyone but the poor girl at the front must have either been scared, new, undertrained or all 3 and kept hiding out of sight of the customers.

After I left I should have told them, you guys have customers waiting in the front, go talk to them.

There were other people with similar wait times. I saw 1 gal get a refund out of frustration after a 30+ minute wait.

I saw them building orders under their ticket area and leaving the boxes out in the open rather than storing them in their heating rack things.

Come on guys, you can do better than that. My track your order wasn’t worth anything either =. This location needs way more work.

To top it off, I paid for 2 sauces and didn’t get any on top of it taking so long.

I’m going to intentionally avoid this location from now on, which is a shame because I was excited to see new businesses open in Jurupa Valley and I want to support my city. It would have been faster for me to cancel my order, place a new one and drive to the new location and pick it up. What was suppose to be an easy going pizza night turned into a lame experience.

Ordered my pizzas at 7:47PM and didn’t get them until 9:40PM. My order wasn’t in the oven until 9:30PM. Waited for over 2 hours and I wasn’t the only one waiting as there were other customers who have been waiting longer than me and some have been waiting since 6PM.

Slow service. Not going to this location again…

Been here twice now. The first time, I placed a mobile order and sat in my car after looking for parking for 10 min. I sat in my car for another 10-15 minutes refreshing the app to see if my order was ready. After some time, I go in and ask about my order which they then brought out from the back. My food was cold. Idky they have the pizza portal if it’s gonna sit there empty. They don’t even update the app. 2nd time I placed another mobile order and waited an hour for my food. Terrible place if you just want to grab your food good and go

I went to Little Caesars twice and it amazes me that their pizzas are quick. Apparently some other people said that it took too long, not by my standards. They mean it to be quick and to have the most underrated pizza in a good price. It’s easily going to be my go to place in my birthday as it’s close to Target.

I should have read all the reviews before coming to this location. We walked in and it seemed they were bothered that customers even came in. The staff who are young were just standing around talking as we waited by the register to order. Finally after waiting a young kid came up and said what can I get you. To the owner of this little Caesars I hope you read all these reviews that people are leaving because it seems management can careless about how this store is being handled. Stop hiring kids with no personality and hire someone that actually cares about customer service. Our food was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes but instead turned into 45 minutes. Horrible experience here… Do Better and YOUR Place of Work and be Grateful you have a paycheck

⭐ Gave them 1 Star because you can’t do 0!

I placed an online order and received a receipt showing a two-hour wait time. I called to ask why it would take so long, and the person who answered said she couldn’t control how long pizzas take to make. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager but refused to give me her name and hung up on me.

I called back and spoke with someone else who also claimed to be the manager and again refused to give her name. I ended up calling a third time just to cancel my order.

Extremely unprofessional experience. The Little Caesar’s just 3 miles away only had a one-hour wait and was much more courteous. I won’t be returning to this location.

Now I know why they have the lowest ratings of the Little Caesars in the area. It’s my first time ordering from this location and it was very disappointing. I placed a phone order and was told it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes, but when I got there the order was not even registered and was set for 6pm (I placed the order at 5pm). They then took my order and I had to wait another 40 minutes for 2 pepperoni pizzas and 2 crazy breads. Other walk in people received their order before I did. It was a terrible experience, and I do not recommend going to this location. Even though I don’t like Dominos, I suggest going there instead.
