Ordered a pizza through the app and they don’t even put it in the portal, whatever could be it wasn’t working but then you go in and the workers are just chilling in the back chatting it up about a party after work while our foods just getting cold. The worst part is that I ordered the pretzel crust pizza and they just lazy out and don’t use the pretzel crust, they just use the regular one and ‘spread’ the butter and salt on it, as you can see in the picks they even did a sloppy job with that. This is the second time they do this with the pretzel crust pizza and the food was cold(as expected)….

I was having a really bad day that day, and unfortunately I did take it out on one of the employees. Very nice gentleman. I got a crazy bread and I was eating outside the restaurant, kind of like where the windows are. However I was eating a bit too fast, and I ended up choking, within moments, that same cashier I had yelled at ran out and did that one maneuver on me. I asked why he would do that after everything I said to him (I was swearing heavily). He said at the end of the day, we’re all people and none of us deserve a fate such as that. This happened quite a bit ago, actually thats an understatement, it happened YEARS ago, and I was passing by that area earlier today. It pushed me to write this review.

Is always full. Slow service. Takes too long to order. Is best if you order online and you just pick-up. Don’t recomend delivery you spend about $25 more for delivery. I went in and there was a huge line, so I just went outside and oder online it took about 25 minutes, when my order was ready there was still a big line.

Placed an order at 6:29pm, app said ready by 6:49 – 6:56pm. It’s now 7:18pm and no pizza. By the time the smug manager walked out, I asked for a refund. At this point I don’t want the pizza. I rarely complain but this wasn’t just bad service but unapologetically BAD service. The front counter person did his best but management has a responsibility to assist their people when it’s crazy busy. A sincere apology goes a long way. A smug face is not the solution. Extremely disappointed with how the manager handled the situation. Sunday night 2/16.
