The pizza is also always dry, lifeless, and hard. I’m never expecting much from LC, but when I remember when the pizza used to be more decent and price was lower, then I start to wonder why I’m paying the same price for bad pizza when I can have great pizza somewhere else. The wait is not worth it either, even just to get to the counter to place an order or pick up your pizza or ask a question or find out if there’s anything in the Hot n Ready worth buying. I can’t comment on the pizza portal because I stopped using it over a year ago because you would still have to wait
Parking started the bad experience. There was an employee in the parking lot coughing their lungs out without even covering their mouth. I was grossed out and hoping they didn’t prepare our food. Parking spaces are small and hard to come by after work hours.
Inside was crowded and I had no idea where the pick up line was or even the regular line. The portal thing wasn’t even up and running.
Took 10 minutes just to have someone get my name for the order. It should have been done by then because that was just past the pickup time frame.
It wasn’t ready. I am ok with waiting and I am not one to let it rip on the employees. So I stood with my 4 year old and waited. 20 minutes passed and I was getting hangry on top of being tired from work and still having to drive home. Oh and the restless hungry 4 year old who wanted to leave after that 20 minutes.
Welp our time wasn’t up yet. We been here a total of 30 minutes. Just watching customers confusion and staff equally confused plus stressed out. They gave a customer some pizza puff things that were sitting open on the prep table for the entire 30 min probably more!
After a total of 45 minutes our pizza puffs were ready, they gave us a crazy bread that was already in the hot box. It wasn’t hot or warm so idk how long it was in there. The time slot numbers weren’t circled. My bread was full of butter, way too much. The puff things were tiny and salty.
I have worked at 2 differnt little caesars and I can confidently say there were a lot of mistakes going on. I feel for the employees, but there was no organization. And giving food that’s been sitting out is horrible.
Worst experience at a little caesars. Which sucks because I was excited to get the pizza puffs for my kiddo.

Ordered the extra bestest pepperoni pizza. I waited about 20 minutes. People came and went and a cashier finally asked what I was waiting for. They had my order ready the whole time. They just made me stand there an extra 15minutes because they need more training. The client who got her order before me complained about the same pizza I ordered and even asked me if that looked like it had extra pepperoni and it did not, it looked like a regular pepperoni pizza to me. She complained, clerk denied it, and client walked away upset. I got my pizza next, opened it and told the young lady that I ordered the extra bestest pizza and they gave me a regular and she said that this was it. I told her I can count the pepperonies per slice. One slice had just 2 pepperoni, various slices had just 1 pepperoni and she said all the pepperoni is hidden under the cheese. I insisted that I have purchased the pizza with extra pepperoni before and it actually had extra pepperoni. She asked if I want to see the regular pepperoni pizza so I can compare. It is obvious they just diminished the amount of ingredients they put on the pizzas. The pepperoni pizza now looks like a cheese pizza with one pepperoni per slice. Comical. I got home and looked for the pepperoni the cashier claimed was hidden under the cheese and I couldn’t find it. They tricked me. After my job, I sometimes stop by other locations in affluent areas where they actually make their pizzas with respect towards their clientele. I thought today I was going to get a standard pizza like I usually get in little Caesars in Rancho. But this time I decided to stop by here because it’s closer to home. It’s not fair to pay the same price affluent people pay in other areas, and get less quality. Unfair and borderline racist. Never going here again.
I decided to stop by Little Caesars Pizza so that I wouldn’t have to go through the trouble of making dinner. What I ended up getting was an extremely hideous Pizza with exaggerated unevenness I took some slices out so you can see the size difference in slices not only that but the toppings were kind of just tossed onto the pizza.
Sad say it made my day a lot worse and I love Little Caesars
