ORDERED ONLY 2 THINGS, STILL COULDN’T GET IT RIGHT.
Place to delivery through the app yesterday to be delivered today, already paid. I ordered pepperoni crazy puffs and plain crazy wings.
Come to find out they don’t have what the puffs then also don’t have the substitute I asked for, all they have is just basic Pizza.
The only thing I liked about Little Caesars is they have unique items, but the overall quality Four Little Caesars everywhere that I’ve ever been is subpar at best.
When my food finally arrived, of of course it was not the crazy Puffs but to my surprise it was also the wrong wings.
The awesome doordash lady who delivered informed me that this particular location always has issues and she ” cringes ” every time she sees an order from Little Caesars.

Extremely frustrating experience. I placed and paid for an online pickup order around 5 PM on a Sunday. When I arrived, the store was closed despite the website stating they were open until 10 PM. There were other customers outside as well who had also ordered. No sign, no explanation, nothing. It’s unacceptable to take people’s money and then be closed with zero notice.

She made my order and even made it so good that all my past experiences with burnt pizza and other things is gone because she gave me the BEST food ever right now and some how soothed my pregnancy cravings without realizing it.
Place was clean, empty, and even calm. She went above and beyond to explain a bit about my order for me and was just so sweet and compassionate. Definitely my new reason for going here now.

Ordered a pretzel crust pizza. Opened it and the crust was almost straight dough, maybe 1 a min in the oven. Crazy bread was also crazy undercooked.

Recently I’ve been going back into this location for my pizza. I’m not picking about what kind of pizza, as long as it’s not burnt. I’d quit going to the one in Yucca Valley for that reason. Every time I stop by to pick up 2 pizzas, they have always had them ready to go, or the lady behind the counter said I have two ready in 10 minutes. It looks crazy busy at times, but always get treated with respect, and kindness. No burnt pizza either. 5 STARS to the new crew in Twentynine Palms!
