This place is a zoo I ordered on my app and was there as soon as my app said it was available when I got there my name was on the portal but no pizza, I told the girl my pizza wasn’t in there she said somebody else must have took it…. I can imagine how much money this place Loses well the lady working apologize and remade my order when I got the pizza it was missing some cheese this was a very disappointing lunch. I’d never go to this restaurant ever again.

It’s great, very time I go, there’s pizza ready to go, if not, only takes 15-30min depending on how busy it is once you placed an order. Lines can be long at times but it’s not the place fault. If you don’t have the patience to wait in line and then wait longer after to get your pizza done, it’s not the place for you when it’s busy, as they sometimes have to make it from scratch especially if it’s anything other than a classic (may take longer). Some people order and leave to get errands when they have to wait, so don’t go thinking they “cut” and got pizza or “they just got there and the workers just gave them a pizza before me when I was there first”. Also I’ve seen this with new people but please go in line, you’re not going to get served if you think standing to the side is going to get them to take you first over everyone who’s already in line waiting.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Little Caesar’s. After waiting in line for over an hour, the manager, Francisco Aguirre, handed me the wrong order. When I pointed out the mistake, instead of making it right quickly, he told me I would have to wait another full hour just to get the correct pizza. That’s unacceptable customer service. After being patient the first time, I should not have been asked to wait all over again for their mistake. Poor management and lack of care for customers. I will not be returning to this location.

The customer service is descent. However, the quality of food at this establishment is below standard… ingredients are absent, significantly. Very little sauce, toppings are very light… feels like eating… cardboard.
Noticed kids leaving pizza alone at our parties. Twice tasted it, and it was mediocre. Did not want to intent a third try at a different party.

It was super busy at the time I went, however I did order ahead and used the pizza portal. It was a nice and convenient visit. they were very efficient and getting me my meal especially since I wasn’t from the area and was taking it back to my hometown. There were some nice surprise options on the app when I selected this location that aren’t available in my town so that was a bonus as well such as pretzel crust, yum!
