Bought for pizzas paid for one ultimate pizza one pepperoni and two cheese pizzas I received one ultimate and three pepperoni pizzas didn’t notice until I got home so we called and they wanted a picture of all the pizzas we ate one already so they said they’d give us $2 off our next Pizza check your pizza before you walk out the door

My family has lived here for over 12 years. Not sure what happened, but this Little Caesars went downhill. Why use the pizza portal? The pickup time is never right, sometime a half an hour off. They also don’t have a system for portal pickups. Since the pizza portal doesn’t ever work we have to wait in line just to ask if our pizza is ready. I am currently 15 minutes over the time given and I just got to the counter. The pizza was ready, but it is now cold because they have no signs or system for picking up from the broken pizza portal machine. We used to be weekly customers. We now order (maybe) once a month. We would rather pay a little more and go to Tuscanos or Papa John’s. Sorry Little Caesars, you used to be our absolute favorite. ☹️

This is the lousiest Little Caesars pizza place I’ve ever eaten at & I usually love their pizza but this location seems to mess up our order every time. Their customer service sucks & they are rude as well. I recommend driving a bit future and going to the Ramsey Street location because it’s like night & day in the taste of the pizza.

Just left this location. Ordered a $8 deep dish (A special) with extra pepperoni.I was charge the $1.75 for the extra pepperoni but the price of the pizza went up to $9. Totaling $10.70 plus tax. I asked why and she said because it was now a “custom” pizza. So i looked and asked was this mentioned ANYWHERE on the menu and she said no and acted as if I was bothering her. It’s not about the dollar it’s about the misleading practice. So I said you know what I’ll just take a refund. She said OK, let me get a manager. I waited 5 mins no manager. I said would like my money back as fast as you took it. She then proceeds to tell me that there’s no manager there and she couldn’t give me a refund. I said somebody is going to give me a refund. She then gets on the phone and calls her manager and says I need to give someone a refund…..I assumed he asked why because then she laughed and said I’ll tell you about it later. This place is a joke. If there is no manager on duty there should be someone there that it able to give refund. This place is clearly unprofessional and I will not be returning.

Disappointed in service that was provided with LCP regarding Door Dash. Missing a pizza we paid for, was unable to reach Door Dash Driver, called LCP and was told I needed a refund from Door Dash. Long story short, LCP left pizza in warmer and we had to drive to get it. *What was the point in getting Door Dash if ultimately we had to pick it up anyways due to LCP error.
