They refused to serve at the counter and I could only place the order in their app and they do not receive payments in cash, I understand that the employees are not to blame, but what insensitivity, for now while we were waiting for the order we saw about 10 go easily to 15 clients. This is how the big companies start with the adevacle, losing clients in transitions and imposed changes, you shape your clients to your whims, it only keeps your clients from your business. I hope and reconsider in time.

Was terrible, super slow and my pizza was the worst I ever got there, mostly crust, I got the half and half pizza, half pepperoni, half cheese Stix, pepperoni side was terrible, freeway was super slow, if traffic wasn’t so bad, I would have returned it. Took 2 bites from a slice, then it was all crust left

The pizza was decent, and the workers seemed very busy. The storefront is a little rundown. Lots of traffic, parking was chaotic when I visited. I would probably find a different spot for pizza next time.

Horrible experience waited forty minutes with a bad line of customers waiting forever too. these people really need more workers or better ones. The staff was very inexperienced and idiots. I have to give one star but they really deserve none. My pizza was finally done and it sat on the counter in the back for 5 minutes. She finally gave me it but I really do not recommend going there for pizza. Any other pizza place or even the Beaumont little Caesar’s would be better.

I went there to buy a hot and ready classic pizza, and it cost me 8 bucks. This wasn’t even the most bestest pizza. I’m not sure why it’s more expensive here than the ceasars a mile away in beaumont. So I compared online orders from both stores and the classic in beaumont totals 6.45 and Banning is 8.07. I guess I know what store I will be going to from now on.

The employees are very nice. With that being said that’s pretty much the only good thing about this place. Nobody ever answers the phone for a phone order, there are pizza portals but you can’t order online, the weight is always longer than what the employee say it is, and the hours are very weird. On October 30th 2020, I drove by at about 6:00 p.m. because I was going to get a pizza and it was already closed. Some days it’s open until 9:00 p.m. and others it’s closed before I even head out to work
