I am very displeased with these pizzas. First I was misheard wanting pepperoni and PINEAPPLE. Only received pepperoni for both pizzas. These tasted like they have sat there and were rebaked over several times. They’re getting hard to bit inside like they were leftovers warmed up again. They tasted burnt, they’re charcoaled.

I truly wish you could leave a less than 1 star review. The quoted me a 20 min wait. I waited 40 min. My deep dish pepperoni came out extremely burnt and the 4 middle slices were missing pepperoni. The man at the front was so nice and said he would fix it but then gave me a stick and slices pepperoni which is just not what I ordered. My wings still were not finished so I asked for a refund the manager Maria came out and was rolling her eyes at me. And told me I would get the money back to my card. I paid cash. She gave me cash back. I paid 26.70 she gave me back 24.70 I told her she was a dollar short (my mistake it was really 2) so my partner went in and asked for the dollar back where she told him I was ripping her off. I’m sorry but as a manger you need to double count the change you are taking out of the register. I work in a restaurant and just got off my shift and this was going to be my first meal all day. Truly disappointed with the staff here( except for the man who cashiered me originally).

They refused to serve at the counter and I could only place the order in their app and they do not receive payments in cash, I understand that the employees are not to blame, but what insensitivity, for now while we were waiting for the order we saw about 10 go easily to 15 clients. This is how the big companies start with the adevacle, losing clients in transitions and imposed changes, you shape your clients to your whims, it only keeps your clients from your business. I hope and reconsider in time.

Was terrible, super slow and my pizza was the worst I ever got there, mostly crust, I got the half and half pizza, half pepperoni, half cheese Stix, pepperoni side was terrible, freeway was super slow, if traffic wasn’t so bad, I would have returned it. Music was loud pizza was burnt and slices. Weren’t fully cut service needs improvement. She was ( girl on register) talking amongst coworkers using foul language speaking Spanish, assuming customers didn’t understand &, it was busy .
