I can’t understand this Little Cesar’s pizza. I walk in, and staff hides in the back. It’s a good thing I pre-order on my App. If not, I would have to wait a long time. Basically, there’s no customer service when you walk inside. I put in my 3 digit code to get my pizza and grabbed my 2 liter diet Pepsi that I paid on the App. When I left, both girls who worked there came to the front counter. I asked if you need to check my order? They said no. Customer service definitely needs to improve. Please get better.

So I have been going to this little Cesar for years. The pizza’s are OK. It’s a Little Caesars. Stop going as much because the prices kept going up and up and up. So today I felt like having some pizza. Ordered on the app. Went to pick up my food. Ask for peppers and napkins like I always do. Then found out that peppers aren’t free little packets anymore. You have to buy a container. Would you think the container is like $1. Of course not. If you’re thinking about half the price of a pizza. You would be correct. I’m done with this place. You literally can go to any other little Caesars and not have to pay for them. In fact there’s other places around. Domino’s is cheaper than a little Caesars now. Pretty sad. Yeah most likely won’t be back.

I ordered from the app, that they are supposed to update the App as your order progresses. I was standing inside for 16 minutes no one said anything to me other then entering CUSTOMERS. I know they are busy; but that is Not OK. Then the employee told me to ALWAYS JUST ASK. Then Why Do you EVEN have the App????? I exited their store at 8:16pm and it says now I left at 8:24 in my app; as I was leaving I waited and was at home before they updated it. This is unacceptable and I don’t think they made my pizza fresh at all. My deep dish was Two Small pizzas not one long one, and I WATCHED the manager make a long deep dish. I don’t get to enjoy a center slice of the rectangle pizza.

I love little Ceasar’s but this location is a disgrace only 3 soda options not even the ones advertised, dirty parking lot, and the food was a disgrace. The pizza was clearly old and just held the crazy bread was disgusting and obviously old and stiff. Worst location ever the manager in charge was a mess! 12/23/2022 date of visit worst experience ever

Not the first time I had to slice my own pizza and this was a thin crust! Come on buddy! LC is my daughter’s fave. We enjoy it in general. Sometimes they are too saucy, unless you like your pizza saucy.

Everyone who ate a piece of pizza got sick, puking, diarrhea, the cold Sweats, we were up all (4 adults and 3 children) night. Fighting for the bathroom.
