Ordered online and received an email saying my order was ready but to come to the counter because it could not fit in the portal. Waited in line and when it was my turn the guy just told me to go to the portal. Ooookay but my email says to come here. Then had to wait for others to grab from portal first. When I put in my code for the portal, I was missing things from my order. I had to go back into line and explain I was missing items. He gave me my missing item and I left. Once home, I opened my pizza and Italian cheese bread. Umm… someone clearly doesn’t know how to cut pizza properly. I didn’t think it took much thought to know what way to cut what pizza etc. Half of our deep dish was cut like pizza sticks rather than the pieces they’re supposed to be. Then our Italian bread was cut into pieces (like the pizza was supposed to be) instead of the sticks. Something is wrong with this location. Definitely won’t be returning any time soon.

Cardboard Pizza they will have you hot and ready to use the bathroom 15 minutes after you eat it. Especially when you get it at peak times they tend to yank it out of the oven early rather than tell people to wait for it to be done. I have seen this done a lot. So whenever I go I order a special order and stand there and wait to make sure they cook it long enough. Think about it that cheese sits out all day plus they barely get paid anything so it’s easy for them not to care about quality and just pump them out. Can’t really blame them for being lazy to get an insult for a paycheck. I wish I had a third hand to give them three thumbs down. There is literally microwave pizza that is comparable

The most best pizza is the great when you get it fresh out of the oven. Pretty tasty pizza. That was my experience last time I got it. I try not to get the pizza that had just been sitting in the hot box because most of the time they are old and dry.

Came into the store on December 15th at 7:30 p.m. checked in for my online order and stood aside for at least 10 minutes. I saw my order sitting on the back counter but wasn’t sure if it was mine. After I check in again after about 15 minutes now. I asked the guy is that my order. It was it was just sitting there getting cold even after I checked in and I’m sitting there in front of them. I told the guy my order has been sitting there for 5 minutes and he said nothing. No sorry about that or anything not even any eye contact, very bad customer service

I came back to redo my review. Yes, they forgot to put my pizza in, but it was eventually put in and hand delivered to my seat. They were slammed that day, I believe orders might have gotten deleted too. Most of us never write reviews when things go right, but the second something goes wrong we rush to do it. Staff were doing their best on a busy afternoon.

Hot and Ready pizzas use to be $5.00. Now there $9.99. They are still mediocre at best. And there not even hot and ready. We had to wait 10 mins. The staff are unfriendly and make it seem like you are bothering them. I guess you get what you pay for at little Caesar’s. 2 stars, barely!

Had an awesome time here. The workers especially made this visit better. I didn’t get the guys name, but there was a blonde guy who was really helpful and made the experience fun. Although prices have gone up due to inflation, I would much rather get pizza here than many other places
