The food is good but they never have any hot and ready items available. They advertise it as hot and ready but I don’t think they ever actually make anything until it is ordered and at that point it’s a 15 min wait.. false advertising.

Last night around 7pm I ordered a pizza for pickup. When I got there, I told the girl at the counter my name and that I was picking up an order. She asked “what’s your order,” and when I repeated my name, she asked again what I ordered, with a pretty blank and slightly rude tone. I told her what I had ordered, and she said “oh, right on time,” put the pizza down, and started ringing me up.
While she was doing that, a DoorDash driver came in and said he thought he might’ve picked up the wrong order and asked if she could take the items back. She responded in a really odd and confrontational way, saying he couldn’t have taken the wrong order and asking why he was “being weird.” After ringing me up, she went to the back without handing me my food. I could hear her talking about the situation, but I wasn’t sure what was going on, so I ended up grabbing my pizza myself.
The whole interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, and the employee gave off strange vibes even before the DoorDash driver came in. I’ve never had an issue like this here before, so it stood out.
On a positive note, the pizza was really good, which is why this experience was disappointing.

Second time coming in this week. Definitely could use some improvements. I ordered over phone both times to see if I would get any different results. First visit, Italian Cheese Bread and one cheese and one pepperoni basic pizza. All appeared and tasted cooked to order. No issues.
Today 08-03-2021. Ordered Stuffed Crust Pepperoni, hot and ready when I came in within 15 minutes. There was a line when I arrived so I had to wait outside until people cleared out. Received food and was out the door. Staff could use some encouraging words on friendliness, super quite did not greet upon assisting. Door coming and going to business slams shut so watch out. Will return in a week or so and see if any improvements can be mentioned.

Honestly not bad for what it is. My friend reminded me of their crazy sticks so i got the half pizza half sticks deal.
Pizza: 9/10 for a chain this honestly was pretty good. Good amount of sauce, cheese, pepperoni had an actual crisp to it, crust had a nice crunch too.
Sticks: 9/10 i added jalepenos to mine so nice spicy kick. Good amount of cheese.
Sauce: 10/10 this actually surprised me because i thought they would skimp and give me a little dipping one. Nope they give you a nice sized amount.
Atmosphere: 7/10 i mean what do you expect?
Service: very quick 10 mins and was ready when i got there.

They always have my order from the app ready by the time I drive there. Usually 10 mins or less. Whether I order 1 or 4. They are always Hot, Fresh, and Delicious. They also don’t forget my Dipping Sauces! I gotta have my Garlic Butter Dip! The Pretzel Crus Pizza is only $6.99 through the APP! Save $3.00 off $18. Crazy deals.

Totally crap service at this El Cajon location on Broadway. ZERO pizza were “hot and ready” even though it was 11.35am (at the cusp of lunch rush) Apparently all the locals were aware because there was only one other person who came to the store during the time I had to wait for an item to be cooked. The counter clerk could not state what the prices of adding toppings would be (that info was not on the board) He seemed bewildered and barely able to manage. I blame local management as clearly this young man had little to no Customer Service training. Whoever Trained him failed to do their job correctly.
