We did a phone order and when I arrived 15 min later they hadn’t even put the pizza in. When the handed the cheese bread it was all smushed. We got home and I order half and half because one kid doesn’t like pepperoni and the cut the pizza so horrible. Then we got breadsticks and they are super dry and burnt.
When leaving I noticed the lady making the pizza had long craZy nails. I told the girl in the front that why isn’t she wearing gloves. The girl explained it’s normal we don’t wear gloves and she always does her pizzas with her nails. I thought if you have nails you wear gloves as a health process but in there case they don’t care. I asked to speak to a manger they said he’s not there come back tomorrow I asked for a supervisor to contact he said he’s not here . The girl went back to the back started chatting up with the other employees and apparently it was funny to them. After that the girl in the front was just so snobby. Here is a picture of our horrible dinner. One they should cut the pizza & two they should contact health department since they think it’s ok the make food with long nails & no gloves

Foods always great but no matter who rings us up, they are always rude and want to rush us out of the store asap. I try not to be nit picky about where I eat but there’s a limit.

Always good pizza here. I love the Detroit deep dish. They are pretty friendly here and always pay attention to my order. Usually takes about 10-15 minutes for a fresh pizza if you order a non hot and ready.

Since when did this change stop posting complete price list? I wanted to be able to compare with pricing between a thick crust and a thin crust and toppings. Unfortunately the counter clerk couldn’t do the calculation he couldn’t provide a menu that how those calculations on it either. I was in there a few minutes before noon which is the rush hour. I was the only person there. They advertise hot and ready. But there was only one pizza hot and ready and I was prepared to purchase multiple pizzas. A reasonable expectation would be that a busy store would have more than one pizza. Apparently they no longer feel that they’ll have a lunch rush, so they don’t make enough basic product to actually be “hot and ready”. Moreover the prices have doubled. The only good news is it tastes exactly the same. In summary if you are looking for pizza do not expect Little Caesars to provide it quickly or inexpensively any longer. Do not expect staff to be able to provide adequate pricing numbers without slowly inputting every single individual items separately on the cash register. It felt like theater of the Absurd

I order brownie cookie dough m&m’s and they gave it to me just like this, cold and freezer . I thought it was supposed to be warm. Never come here again. The girl didn’t even bother warming it up. Plus it’s was online order wasn’t even there I had to ask them where was the brownies. I’d rather just go to second Street better service .

This is the closest place to go grab pizza, been here like two times but definitely we’re not coming here again! The pizza dough was just very very RAW and with no flavor We did not enjoy, we felt like we were eating fresh dough and this happens everytime we been there, thinking they’ll get better but its just worse. Just drive to another location you’ll be happy you did. I’ve been here about a dozen times and it hasn’t gotten better.
I’ve gotten old stale pizza before. When I order wings they skimp out on sauce. I watched someone tell the worker to stop and not do too much sauce. I practically ate wings with a hint of bbq. They skimp on all ingredients honestly.
Also every time I ask for peppers and napkins they’re rude about it. It’s like we’re asking for handouts. We already paid, they act like sauce or pepper packets are going to lose them a ton of money.
I now drive to a farther one to avoid the displeasure.

Delivery by DoorDash. Delivery person didn’t follow any instructions for the delivery. Had to walk around to find them. Received a mushed up and cold pizza. Awful customer service. Took forever to get a rep on the phone. Finally got through to a RUDE! rep. Put me on hold for several minutes. Finally hung up.
