They said they couldn’t put them only on half.
I said I would pay full price for them to put them only on half of it.
They said they don’t have a way to communicate that from the front register to the people that make the food in the back of the store. (I walked in).
I will definitely be back to this Little Caesar’s when I’ve got the munchies and am craving some late-night ‘Za
What bugged me was after waiting 18 minutes past the promised time, the cashier walked to the oven without sanitizing his hands after handling cash transactions and transfers my pizza from the oven to the box. On top of that, I watched as he cut it and he paused as if he questioned whether he should send it out or not. Judging by picture 2, we can all see why.
Look by no means do I care about the “promised time” nor do I care about him screwing my pizza up. It happens. It’s how he handled it, that’s not the way customer service works nor is that acceptable. A simple “My apologies sir, is this pizza okay with you or do you want us to make a new one?” Would have gone such a long way and saved this horrible experience and saved the $5 tip I was going to give you. On top of all that the sanitation hazards he did as well. Very disappointed.
