This is usually my go to spot for pizza. I find that most of the employees are hard working and do their best to get these orders out. Kudos to the team for that.
Yesterday I ordered and received four pepperoni on each slice of pizza, low sauce and cheese be damned. While this is not enough to make me stop ordering from this location, I have to ask, is there not an SOP here? Some orders are great others give you the feeling that you should open the box before you leave.
Please adopt an accross the board standard when preparing your pizzas.

First time ordering from this location and 2nd time ever ordering from Little Caesar’s in general. I ordered online and went to pick up. My dumbass stood in line for a good 10 minutes waiting my turn to ask for my pickup order until I saw a couple walk past me towards some fancy ovens and put in a code to get their order. My mind was blown !
If I want pizza I usually order Dominoes or PapaJohns but due to being in close proximity to this Little Caesar’s, I chose to try them this time. I have never seen such fancy ovens for to go orders anywhere else! So I checked my email and, lo and behold, it tells me what oven number and the pin for my order.
The food was really good for the price as well. Ordered a stuff crust pepperoni pizza and a side of their pizza bites. Overall 5 ⭐️

Ordered delivery on 01/01/26 from the Plaza Blvd Little Caesars in National City. My order was missing two Stuffed Pretzel Crust items with cheese sauce. John Billy was door dash drive who has a history of not delivery correct order.
When I called the store, an employee hung up on me three times after refusing to provide a manager or her name. I Spoke to “sandra”, “young rude girl”, and “Hispanic older woman”
Another employee later said the manager was on break and refused to help. Customer service said it would take 3–5 business days to review.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but the service at this location has seriously declined. Missing items and being treated this way is unacceptable. Still waiting on a refund.

Orderd 2 pepperoni pizzas and was told to wait 15 minutes, 30 minutes passed by and I watch them give away a few ready to go pizzas while I was still waiting for mine. Turns out they skipped my order and gave my pizzas to someone else. But hey at least I got free sauce 😀

My initial experience was horrible, but the manager made it better. It started with a stuffed pretzel crust pizza. Whoever made it added way too much salt, which rendered the pizza inedible. I called back the establishment multiple times and was placed on hold. After having to drive back against traffic I was absolutely furious! Long story short, the holes in the salt dispenser are way too big! After getting the pizza to look as advertised it tastes like it came out of the Dead Sea. The Manager was very nice. She fixed my order and offered a free dessert. Unfortunately no one is in the mood for pizza again after trying the first one, so it just went to waste . I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience with any of the Little Caesars establishments before, so I want to believe that this was just an isolated incident.

I Ordered two deep dish pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and the man at the register said it would be 10-15 min and I waited 45 min for the pizza to get done. By the time I drove home to see the pizzas they were very uncooked the dough was still pretty raw. Pizza were mushy and doughy. I tried calling the line rang for 10 min and no answer. I ate one slice and it was not tasteful so I tossed them away. And was not going to drive back since I don’t live nearby. Shortly after my stomach started hurting. Please double check what you’re selling. Very dissatisfied customer.
