Little Caesars on telegraph Canyon Road is by far one of the best. My sons who are on the spectrum for autism only eat pizza and maybe three other food items. We buy a lot of pizza.The service is reliable ,consistent and the pizza is great. Always fresh!!! I’m never delayed when I order. I would highly recommend Going to this location to get the best little Caesars pizza. Carla is always so sweet and so hospitable as well as the owners of the store.

Firstly, delivery from this location is handled by a Doordasher whom you have no contact with.
Upon leaving my order – 6 pizzas – at a location nowhere near our building’s entrance, I received word from this restaurant that the delivery has occurred.
By the time I found the location of the Dasher’s delivery, the pizzas were gone.
I do not recommend this Little Caesar’s unless you pick your order up yourself. Even then, prepare for rude service and zero accountability. The management here insisted it was my responsibility for the botched third-party delivery.

I usually order two pizzas by phone to pick up every Friday. Today I order one, got there after 15 minutes and paid. My pizza wasn’t ready. People came and go and my order never came. I told the cashier and she told me that it was almost ready. After 45 minutes it was ready. I told her That the least the could do was to let me have it for free and refund me my money. I even spoke with the manager and didn’t care less. They gave me my money and left with out my pizza. Chula Vista Telegraph Canyon. I was so mad. Not going back at all.

Anthony hung up on me at 8:23 on a Sunday night because he told me the manager said that they were done taking orders. They close at 9. When I asked to the manager he said wait a second and hung up the phone l. I came in to the store to pick it up in person and talk to the manager. I was told that there wasn’t a manager on duty??? And a nice lady helped me take my order around 8:35. Anthony was extremely disrespectful and smerked at me when I told him what I was upset about. Super unprofessional employees… since when is there not a manager??

This little Caesars was horrible go down the road to the one in Eastlake it is much better. Staff was a bunch of rude kids and the price was about 5-10% more than down the roads prices. Ordered online and even with that it still took forever , order was finally ready 25 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready according to the online order placed on their website
