I was literally shocked at how vulger all the staff was. And I wasn’t the only customer waiting there was 3 of us. The amount of cussing and absence of front staff was just bad service all around. It did not look clean and the girl that did finally come up front had no name tag. But definitely young and undertrained or they just don’t care. Will not be going back there.

As far as little Caesar’s go, this is a top notch location. Foods always fresh and hot, not sloppy with the sauce and cheese. Service is a little slow, but worth the wait. People need to chill and be a lil patient.

Again I tried this place at different location and now I got pizzas that looked like they were either reheated or pizza that was sitting there for awhile and the bread sticks were hard and a little over cooked. I’m staying with Pizza Pirates for sure Little Caesars SUCKS!!

I’ve been to this place twice and both times they have disappointed me. I had put in and online order 3 hours early, by the time I got there to pick it up they said my order was not ready and it will take 5 minutes.

This location’s customer service is horrible. When I have been trying to call in, they don’t pick up the phone. I finally asked to talk to a manager about it. The manager said their policy is that they do not answer the phones, to push the use of online ordering. But do they tell anyone? No. They just leave all of us on hold. And, the pizza isn’t as good here as at other locations. We drive all the way over to Temple now.

This saddens me to review but after waiting 40 minutes for a Hawaiian Pizza, my in laws and I were eating uncooked crust. This is a place we come to often so we never had a bad experience like this until last night. Why say your order will be ready in 40 minutes and give us a pizza that wasn’t fully cooked. We ate what we could from the pizza after realizing the dough was what was stretchy and NOT cheese.

Their thin-crust pizzas are really good, and pretty cheap, as far as pizzas go. The crust is crispy and tastes like salted butter, which is very nice. The cheese is less than ideal when it’s cold, but you can just microwave it and it’ll be no problem. If you’re either impatient or don’t have access to a microwave, that can be an issue, though.
