The pizza was literally NOT WARM OR HOT it was cold n dry. The young lady I was talking to was clueless what to do she was back n forth at the end of all this conversation over the phone I asked for her name for next time I go and pick up my pizza n etc she literally tell me to “HOLD ON” to give me her name I’m like wow she rather give me another persons name instead of hers I didn’t asked to speak to the manager at all because it wasn’t something big but for all this wow I know for a fact I won’t stop there for a ready to-go pizza I could see why there customer service is poor. They need better customer service an communication.
I get here and the order isn’t ready this is unacceptable. I also see people with the same issue not sure who this lady is working but she’s terrible. Bad service here.
