If you guys hit ready that the order is ready let it be actually ready, today i put in my code and it opened but to my surprise there was nothing in there, so i went to ask the cashier for it, i mean i get it long lines do get overwhelming but i saw a woman on the computer instead of helping her employees im guessing it was the manager, arent they supposed to help as well? And the cashier that was there that night it was like he somewhat threw the food at me when i asked for it, please help this location get their act together

Employees and management at this location are extremely unprofessional. I was waiting to be helped, and instead of assisting me first, the employee(short, thick, dark skinned female) walked out and then proceeded to assist a customer who had just walked in. When I pointed out that I had been there first, both the employee and the customer laughed. Completely unacceptable.

When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told she was “on break,” and it seemed like they asked another employee(thin, light skinned, long brown hair female) to pretend to address my concern. I requested their names, and they refused to provide them. Since when do employees refuse to identify themselves? To make matters worse, no one was wearing name tags—something that should be standard.

Overall, I felt incredibly disrespected. I’m shocked by how unprofessional the staff and management are at this location. I will be taking my business to Domino’s down the street from now on.

I’m sorry little caesar’s, but this time around was ass. I ordered online, just so I can walk in and open the pizza portal and get out of there, cause I know it’s busy on Friday nights. I got a notification that it was ready at 8:30, which would be normal, since I ordered it at 8:06, so I went to the restaurant, it was packed out as always on a Friday night, and I went over to the portal, typed in my code because I saw my name, it opened the door, and there was no pizza in there

I’ve been at food business, I understand mistakes happen, and things like this is expected to happen, so no big deal, I wait in line and talk to the girl at the front, she says that they don’t get started on it because they lost it, and it should only take 10 to 15 minutes, so I went out and waited in my car for 30, just to give them some extra time, came back in at 9:30, waited in line for another substantial amount of time, until the sweet girl at the front called me over to serve me, now the lady I was helped out by before had left, so I had to explain my situation, and then, she spends like five minutes in the back, because it was lost again, and then shows up with my pizza.

Then I get home, anxious just to eat, because it had been a while since I ordered it, and since I was already ready to be disappointed, when I took a slice out and looked at the bottom, it could’ve spent some more time in the oven, well what can you expect, it’s little Caesars anyways. Do better!

I ordered 2 pizzas one pepperoni and 1 hawaiian instead I received cheese pizza and they would not give me a refund unless I went back with both pizzas. Manager didn’t even care so unprofessional.

Thank you to the staff there tonight for replacing my pizza tonight for the not that great one from last night. This little Caesars is super consistent with their food. Way way way better than the one in foothill. Hope you guys have a great weekend. Not putting pics up of the bad pizza lol. They making me a new one.

Incompetent staff or intentionally bad at their job. One of the cashiers had a line out the door and stood there talking to another worker. The pizza is old and sits there all day for hours. I am livid. They sold me old burnt / cold pizza at 12:30 in the afternoon. What time do you guys prepare your food? I hate this place and will not return.

The pizza sucked. It was almost undercooked.
It was made so sloppy and cut unevenly.
One side of the pizza was thick and the other side was very thin on the round pizza. The only thing decent was the crazy bread. I think a kid made this pizza. Also I tried to order over the phone and they never answered, i called 4 times and it was not during busy hour!

my one star is officially for the owner of the store or whoever is in charge of running the store. Obviously the etiquette is at where it’s supposed to be. They’re very young people in here working and running the store. I’m not complaining. The food is OK, but I came in today Sunday, August 24 at 6:36 PM. Their air conditioner was broken and it was about 98° in the store. The poor kids in the back are sweating. The girl on the register just looks so miserable but there’s still a lot of people online waiting to order waiting to pick up. So the person in charge of the store it’s very inhumane to keep your employees working in this condition and under the circumstances, nobody should be working that way this is America

The place has changed, the old store manager was taking care of the store way better than the new one. I came in to order one Hot-N-Ready pizza and they told me I had to wait 40 minutes. The store manager was being rude to her employees. After she was done yelling at one of the girls she came up to the register and I asked for her help but she was rude. I asked one of the employees what the name of the store manager and he said Maribel.

I ordered a 3 meat treat with extra cheese and crazy crust …. They gave me a 3 meat treat … They went back and put crazy crust and that was it ….
No extra cheese. I could have been a A-hole and said make a new one… But I just walked out with it … Smh
