This place has made great pizza in the past. I went last night after ordering 1 hour before. There were so many people working chaotically and so many waiting for orders. Young man was pleasant and took my money. I waited for about 15 minutes before asking for my order. You would think it would be hot and fresh. My pizza was undercooked and crazy bites old, cold and stuck to the box. Before ordering from this store again, I will pick up a Digorno instead.

It’s been now like 3 times now that I’ve experienced terrible customer service. The workers are just beyond rude to people just asking what’s going on with their order. I ordered my pizza at 4:30pm to be ready by 6:30pm, the app told me the order was ready and I walk in to a rude worker who told me it would be 10-15 minutes more although my app said it was ready. Very poor service here.

Pizza was soggy, like a wet napkin. One pizza was missing the middle. Don’t bother with this location. Take a drive and go elsewhere.

They need to go train with the Little Caesars located in Claremont on Indian Hills Blvd on the side of corner. The pizza is doughy, over-sauced with a poor outer crust.

Part time workers get about 2 hours of work a week?!!! There should be a law against this type of discrimination. Short Hispanic manager is aggressive with training, not a good feeling seeing it as a customer. Anyway, pizza is as expected, edible. But with treatment such as this, I don’t even feel like giving them mere $10… Do better management!

I ordered on the app and my food was basically done when it said it would be… but that’s not the problem. Why would somebody do this?!? My first pizza was a little undercooked but my second pizza was soggy, undercooked, and soaked in jalapeño juice. All I asked for was some jalapeños, not a whole jar! I’ll never come to this location again. Absolute dumpster of a Little Ceasars.
